great value for money

The interior of this restaurant is far better than the outside would suggest. The food and service were good and the meal was very good value for money.

Popped in here with 2 friends for food. .a bit busier than expected as it was lunchtime. Service was 1st class & also the food top notch..not expensive either which was a bonus..will definitely be going again.

Unfortunately a very disappointing take-away. Mixed starters was the absolutely bare minimum. The salt and chili chicken wings were also measly and anaemic, although the chicken satay was a little better received. I left the main course- really not very nice and the meat seemed of very poor quality. There are much better options in Menai Bridge.

As a farmer, who likes meat and has tried a variety of unusual things, I can honestly say I have no idea what I ate tonight. Whereas I could vaugely pick out the pork and the beef of my special noodles, which were anything but special, I have no idea what the bleached white, dense, coarse grained meat pretending to... I'll start this review by pointing out that I'm definitely not a fussy eater, and also that I've been to this restaurant several times previously. Unfortunately I wish I'd kept Eastern Origin as a pleasant memory because my god that place has gone downhill! My boyfriend and I arrived on a Friday night without a booking and were shunted off... My boyfriend and I are extremely fond of Chinese restaurants, and when we found Eastern Origins we were delighted and were seated quickly. We had the vegetable spring rolls, soup and Yuk shung for starters. I really disliked the yuk shung but my boyfriend loved it, so starters were fine. However, when the main meals of vegetable curry and beancurd... More
