Excellent starter of three spreads with pita bread. My moussakas and my husband's stafidos were both delicious, well seasoned and authentic tasting with nice sides. Ouzo was over-priced, but wines very good and medium price. A rambling place with all sorts of nice, funny, and strange Greece- related decorations. It was quiet when we were there before the beginning of... More

Unfriendly owner and very expensive food. Check out the other reviews and.. avoid! There are better places around.

Went there with a group of around 18 people whom I met on a course. Asked for separate bills which was agreed but were later on held up for 45 minutes because they claimed that someone hadn't paid. Interestingly, they were not able to say which dish hadn't been paid for but merely claimed that we should pay an arbitrary... More

We booked here for a birthday celebration and we were looking forward to some authentic Greek food.. From the moment we walked in I feared the worst grubby décor dusty fittings above, and dirty glasses on the table. The larger I ordered was flat and the meal consisted of soggy salad frozen chips and two pieces of meat in a sloppy... The place was dirty. My wife found some blue kitchen roll in her meal and I found a hair. The beer and cola were flat and the quality of the food was not up to par. Avoid like the plague.

First came across this some many years ago but have not had the opportunity to re-visit. Having done so, I will not leave it as long to my next visit. This is Greek food at it's most authentic and the best for many miles around. Vasilis Politis the owner/chef is at his best when cooking, serving, and socialising; obviously he... More

It is a Greek restaurant with a patio with high tables, some balconies, a bar, a dance area and a restaurant. The restaurant area is quite formal but the rest if the place is more funky. You can have dinner in any area of the massive place, you are not restricted to the restaurant. When we were there there were... More

Came here 13 years ago and really had a lovely time. My Daughter was only a toddler and they treated her like a little princess. We travelled back to see if it was still there after all those years and we were so happy it was. It hadnt changed and the owner was the same guy too. Had a lovely... More

After being attracted by the quirky decor and courtyard, I was shocked at the expense and the low quality food. I paid £13 for what you could buy for £4 at a dirty Kebab shop on a Saturday night. The houmous starter was clearly from a supermarket (probably the Morrisons down the road) and didn't come with enough bread. The... More

We dined here last Saturday for my stag do weekend (14 of us) as the reviews seemed good..and wow! The food was superb (even the chef in the party commented) and really tasty. It all came out together which was a feat and we had some funky live Brazilian music to listen to downstairs. Service was supers, I wouldn't hesitate... More
