The food is clean and healthy with lots of vegetables - and very tasty. I had king prawns and vegetables on a bed of crispy noodles with a very good sauce. Everything seemed very fresh and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

My grand-daughter has been successful in one of her projects, with excellent results. We were invited to celebrate. The atmosphere was excellent, with a valuable contribution by the owner and his family. The food was excellent, very tasty and of a high standard.

Went to this restaurant on Easter Sunday we have been before but a long time ago and we were very impressed by the staff especially as our waitress could speak Welsh too (better than me) she took time to recommend dishes and her choices were fantastic, will definitely be using The Garden Chinese again.

Food was fresh and tasty but not enough sauce with my main meal and portions not very big. Rice came in a large bowl and was expensive because we had to pay per person the amount was only just enough. When paying the bill we had to work out ourselves the price per person the staff wouldn't allow us to... More

Happened upon this place when I arrived in bangor one night. Despite the twin-peaks decor, the rest of the experience was very enjoyable. Excellent service and a great menu meant we were spoilt for choice. When the food arrived we were not disappointed. Mixed dim sum/ hors d'oeuvres starter was full of lovely Chinese starters. The main menu also did... More

We had an early Dinner here today and it was rather good. This was our first visit and it won't be the last. The food was excellent and the service close to perfection. We did not feel rushed at all and were given ample time between courses to savour each one. Our Waitress was attentive without being intrusive and when... More

Went as a couple and was very pleased with the service, food and price. Restaurant is a bit dated but don't let that put you off

Recommended by a student at the university. I didn't pay the bill, so not sure of the total charge for a party of three. The food was delicious and the portions larger than expected. The staff were very polite and prompt. Will definitely return on my next visit!
