A hidden gem in the country of North Wales

The restaurant is located in the scenery country area. The decoration is home comfort. We ordered braised lamb shank, spicy chicken pie, Welsh beef and melted cheese burger and fish and chips. Every dish was fantastic!!! An unforgettable meal! Really worth visiting~

Very good food and reasonably priced set in a very cute little welsh village. The staff could not do enough for you and we will go back very soon.

Love love love this place - in an idyllic little village. Busy so would recommend booking. Simple decor that works Nothing pretentious about the place or staff Nice atmosphere - busy and vibrant £20 for 3 course lunch - fresh very well cooked lunch - portions are perfect size so you can comfortably eat 3 courses. Beef/lamb were very tender,... More

Now it is a tight squeeze down narrow lanes to get here but wow what a great meal we all had, I was recommended to try this place and yes it's well worth the drive.

Have been to The Farmers on many occasions, including for two buffets following a funeral when Esther and Rhodri laid on the most wonderful spread. The pub, the owners and staff, and the village are all utterly charming. It's my favourite place to eat in the area.

Went there with my son and partner who live in the village. This is our second visit and once again it was excellent. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is out of this world I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Had a most amazing meal just over a year ago and also it is one of my favourite places for Sunday lunch. The food generally is of a high standard. I really like the fact that this is a small village with a great pub and restaurant.

Nestling In the heart of one of the small Ystwyth valley communities. The challenge to learn how to say the village name between courses! All the food is sourced and named on the menu and cooked from fresh. All this in the most delightful surroundings where contemporary rubs shoulders with traditional - a gem
