Description: Le Casablanca has great, homemade fresh mediterranean cuisine which has never disappointed us in the years we have had meals there. We have have lovely, tasty, and unfussy North African couscous there, as well as Tagines, lovely vegetarian meals as well. You can bring your own wine, so this also makes the evening quite reasonably priced. Jo, the owner and chef, is always attentive to details and makes sure you are happy and having a good time. This personal touch adds to the homely, relaxed atmosphere which has made us go back again and again over the years. You'll eat very well, you'll be welcome, and you will feel that you've had a relaxing time with friendly people around you! Highly recommended.

I went here with my girlfriend on a bit of a whim. We were lucky to get a seat but the waitress made sure we could be sorted with a table. The food was delicious (my girlfriend, as a self-proclaimed "hummus connoisseur" said that the hummus was one of the best she'd had) and the chef/owner came out to check... More

A limited menu, but we had a lovely meal for three. Starters were lovely, then the tagines. Casablanca is not licensed, but no corkage is charged for bringing your own drinks.

Joe and his colleague made us feel extremely welcome last night. We don't eat Moroccan food often but would if he opened up in our village in Warwickshire. The food was excellent and service very attentive. They have the place running perfectly. Would definitely come back if passing through town again.

I'm really surprised by the number of glowing reviews here. I've been here several times over the years and the food has been consistently the same - the meat has been really nice, but the accompaniments are usually very basic, particularly the salad that looks like it's come from a bag. I always feel disappointed when a restaurant produces something... More

This little Gem of a Moroccan diner is well recommended. It is hidden slightly off the beaten track in the town, but is well worth tracking down. Booking in advance recommended. The fantastic décor is all hand painted which gives the impression that you have just landed in the Med itself. On closer inspection of the paintings also on the... More

Great food well presented, staff excellent. Lovely ambience, baileys tirumasu to die for. Veggie tagine is exceptional, only criticism is that it is the only veggie main course option, plenty of veggie starters.

I do wish there was more of a selection from Joe, but as ever what we all chose we were very happy with :)

The food there is just perfect, and Joe is lovely, so down to earth (even made chips for me as i'm a fussy bugger) would deffinatly recommend it too... More

This was my second meal here, this time with a group of friends. It was a Tuesday evening and it was full so definitely book. It is a smallish menu of excellent food. I had the lamb tagine and it was seriously melt in the mouth. All 4 of us had excellent food and have agreed that we'll be back... More
