Lovely place, lots of lovely freshly prepared food but if you're a vegetarian who isn't a great lover of cheese, you'll be disappointed. Most (all?) of the veggie options have some sort of cheese in. I "manned up" and had something with Stilton in, which was quite nice considering it's the Devils cheese, but I'd rather of not had a... More

Been talking about popping into here for a while and finally we had free time to pop in for lunch, great decor and liked overall look of the place. Ordered ouch with coffee, coffee was cold and nothing to get excited about. Lunch was brought to the table and nothing was offered eg: more drinks, ketchup, salt, pepper! We felt... More

Have been here several times to meet friends for coffee or lunch. It's a fantastic setting in an old Tudor building complete with sloping floors but the food and service are bang up to date. My favourite is the smoked salmon and cucumber sandwich, a huge feast really big enough for two smaller appetites. The place can be very busy... More

Pleasant cafe tucked away but worth finding. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our table. We ordered the soup which was perfect. Very hot and and warmed us up on a very wet November day. The rest of the menu looked interesting too.

Been looking forward to trying this for a long time and finally went. Although the food was lovely and reasonably priced the service and the coffee not so. The coffee was weak and cappuccino cold, brought to the table - milk was offered but no sugar and the waitress went off before we could ask for any. Had to get... More

Been here several times. Small but absolutely brilliant for an informal meal or snack. Staff real fun, food diverse and always top notch - great value for money. Can get very busy so: "do not tell anyone .........................!"

Fabulous food, well presented, tasty and fresh. Cheery waiting staff and a lovely atmosphere. A great place for lunch or coffee- such a shame they don't do evening meals!

We paid our first visit to Mac and Jac's today, on a trip to Worcester. We had wanted to try it for a while now, having seen the very good TripAdvisor reviews. The waiting staff were very friendly throughout, and quickly found us a table. It was very busy there all through our visit, which was a good sign. The... More
