We go to Mac and Jax occasionally. Every 2 or 3 months perhaps. As a bit of a treat as it is very good but a little expensive for us. As usual we had an excellent meal. Two of us had the Crispy Duck and one the Pate. We chose to have the small plate option. Which was plenty. All... More

Good variation on menu, food arrived reasonably quickly and was of a very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing to bear in mind if you visit this restaurant is that you really need to leave room for dessert as it is excellent!

Up stairs to first floor. Old listed building with parts of wooden beams small sections of ancient murals on view. Licenced. We chose local beers and husband had goats cheese/red pepper sandwiches and I had smoked salmon/cream cheese sandwiches served on (?) granary bread. Deliciously large helpings and quick service. Customers were all age groups with a fair number of... More

Unusual food. Variety of savoury home made tarts with unusual combinations e.g courgette & feta. Lovely soup of the day: butternut squash, ginger and chilli. Really yummy desserts. This is set in a very old street in Worcester - lots of black and white half timbered buildings (clay and wattle) and the building of the restaurant/deli dates from Tudor times.... More

Food really was lovely! Fresh, simple but genuinely well made. Service was friendly and efficient and tea and coffee was good too. A great place for lunch, a little pricy to go too often!

We stumbled across mac and jac's deli cafe totally by accident but what a find. Walked past the small frontage, which we thought was just for a deli, and noticed a couple of window seats and a solitary table. Went in for a quick bite to eat and discovered that upstairs is a lively, thriving deli cafe. The lunch we... More

Had a couple of takeaway sandwiches, and both were very nice. Also a selection of scotch eggs that finished off the lunch brilliantly. All very nice and will return soon.
