Our family run business is now firmly established as a destination dining country inn. We have created a relaxed and friendly ambiance in an eclectic interior with quality fabrics, comfortable furnishings and an attention to detail throughout the operation. Our ethos is simple, to deliver great quality classic food, sourcing fresh products locally. The same attention is applied to our drinks, carefully selected value for money wines from around the world, organic juices, local real ales & ciders and fabulous Nespresso coffee.

When the weather is warm enjoy lazy lunches or evening suppers in our terraced gardens and for that special occasion dine in private in our library themed room for up to 12 people. New for autumn 2014 is an external fireplace, cosy wool blankets to enjoy alfresco drinks as winter approaches, under our new glazed veranda.

Excellent food

Superb food served in a lovely setting. The service was excellent - the staff were very welcoming and friendly and very efficient. The delicious food was served quickly despite a large party being there too. The pub is in a beautiful setting nestled at the foot of the Malvern Hills.

Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday meal out with my husband. The soup was excellent, must try making it myself. It is very expensive to have dinner here but lunch is very reasonable.

We still come here once a week because of the great food (the menus change regularly and reflect what's in season and local), warm welcome, impeccable and friendly service, lovely ambiance etc. Every now and again we have a dish which makes us want to go and hug the chef. This week we had not one, but two chef-hugging dishes... More

My boyfriend, his dad and I have just got back from an evening out at The Welland Inn and haven't stopped talking about how great the whole experience was. It is beautifully decorated and feels casual but luxurious at the same time. The food was well presented, delicious and locally sourced. I had the lamb and it was so tender... More

Firstly, it's a beautiful pub on the inside and out, with such a romantic atmosphere, filled with warm lighting and candles on a cold frosty night. Wines were very enjoyable but found the cocktails were over priced for such a small glass. Food on the other hand was amazing, I had the crab risotto to start which was the nicest... More

Went for Sundy lunch for a Birthday celebration, a full restaurant, with bustling atmosphere. Started with fish cakes, roast beef main with trimmings and finished with apple sponge n custard puddding. We also had sea bream, which was superb. All cooked to perfection, and served by very efficient smiling waitresses. Have been several times previously, and always had a good... More

Went to this gastro-pub on the spur of the moment after looking at trip advisor reviews and was really glad we did. The decor was tasteful, the food was excellent and the speed of service was just right and we had a lovely relaxed evening( we have recently felt quite rushed at some restaurants were they serve the courses on... My first visit to The Inn at Welland and it was well worth the journey. Saturday night and the restaurant was busy but the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. It's rare to find a menu where the range of choices makes choosing so difficult, you are literally spoilt for choice. Pheasant, veal, scallops, bream, as extensive a choice as I've... More
