Lovely place, attentive staff, gorgeous main course, sadly disappointing dessert - unfortunately this is not the first time! Slightly off putting for a further visit.

This is a food lovers haven, probably drinkers too. A great varied and unusual menu. Good wine list and choice of local beers. All top notch but at a top notch price too.

We took my mother to The Inn at Welland for Sunday lunch to celebrate her 80th birthday today. A table of seven consisting of three generations. The staff were welcoming and extremely attentive. Although the restaurant was very busy (so do book well in advance), nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were aware of the celebration and... More

What can I say, Food was excellent, service was good friendly staff, would recommend. Any dietary issues they deal with very well, no problems at all.

Just visited the Inn and was recommended by a friend. What a wonderful place it is. We had the Sunday Lunch and what a superb meal and experience we had. The staff were excellent and the place is really nicely furnished. A really nice place indeed, strongly recommend this venue, you won't go wrong! We will certainly be returning here.

Visited the Inn at Welland with friends for dinner. Have been before and have always loved the cosy atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. Instead of having a dessert after the lovely main course, I ordered the cheese board which consisted of three portions of cheese with crackers for £8. It was beautifully presented but was totally let down by... More

This was our fifth visit to The Inn. The first had been a disappointment but the owners responded quickly and professionally to our complaint and we have been really won over in subsequent visits. From the minute you walk in the door you get the feeling that everything is going to be more than alright. The ambience is more restaurant... More

We visited the Inn at Welland for a Friday dinner meal for 4. On arrival at the restaurant which appeared full and were taken by a courtious staff member to a quaint private seating area which was just perfect. The food was well presented and just perfect, that together with the Mud House Sauv Blanc that I had not tried... More

We visited on Saturday 23rd August for a friends birthday meal. The interior of the pub/restaurant is beautifully done, very cosy and relaxing. The staff were very attentive, friendly and always made sure our glasses were kept full! We had an early booking so assumed we'd be a little hurried to clear out for the next customers but not at... The only negative thing is that the restaurant is so good you must book a long way in advance Excellent food, perfect service, good atmosphere , fair prices for wine - what more do you want?
