We visited this restaurant at 6pm on Monday June 30th - attempting to find a pre-theatre dinner for a group of friends attending the Malvern Theatres which are nearby. We had a range of their specials and everyone enjoyed thier meals. I have a seafood 'ravioli' which was delicious. Very friendly staff, great food and served us two courses within... More

I went for a meal here with my husband, we had three courses each and all of the food was lovely. We sat outside under the fig tree, and the only tiny downside was that I could see traffic going up the road, which wasn't very Mediterranean! Certainly not a complaint, just a comment! The staff/owners were very polite, helpful... More

We were walking by so just fell upon this place by accident, the food was so tasty we went back the very next day to have dinner again! The second evening we went prior to our theatre visit, besides giving fulfilment to your taste buds, its perfect for pre-theatre dinning as it is just across the road, walking distance.

Quite simply The Fig tree is an absolute gem and I just can't recommend it highly enough! It is right in the heart of Malvern, just a stone's throw from the theatre, Priory and Winter gardens, yet set back from the bustle and traffic at the end of a pretty courtyard. I have eaten here three times, twice at lunch... More

Having eaten at The Fig Tree with my partner on Valentines Day, I knew this was the perfect venue for his surprise 40th birthday party. The intimate setting, friendly waiting staff and management set this restaurant apart from any other in Malvern. Being gluten and dairy intolerant I very rarely get a wide choice from a menu. At The Fig... More

We were really pleased to eat at this restaurant, recommended by our B & B owners. The atmosphere on Saturday night was just right - a nice buzz but not too noisy. We enjoyed the food so much we booked again for two nights later, when it was much quieter but the meals were just as delicious. The price is... More

We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant on a Thursday evening. Not imposing from the outside (apart from the eponymous fig tree) but were made very welcome and the menu was varied. A mix of Italian and Greek influences - we shared the homemade falafel for starters, and I followed with homemade seafood ravioli while my wife had the... More

I found the location and the looks of the restaurant to be very pleasing. Although the food isn't 100% Italian, it's pretty close and I would go there again. The staff was very welcoming and fun.
