5 starts is generous, but Indians are standard and everwhere. Anupam goes above and beyond your standard curry and a beer. It's not amazing but for an Indian restuarant it's above the rest
This is a well established Indian restaurant in Malvern. We were a party of 11 and we were looked after very well. Fortunately it was midweek and we were given a large round table that took up most of one area. We decided that it would be easier if we had a sort of buffet selection and left the ordering... More
A very very good restuarant. Travelled 108 miles just to try their food and wow. They delivered. Both myself and my father was very impressed. The duck was cooked to perfection and the spices complimented each other. The chicken was so light and tender it melted. Great value for money.
A long-established feature of the Malvern streetscape, this is a fine restaurant with a decent kitchen, a good assortment of interesting, unfamiliar dishes and first-class service from skilled waiters. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
Very good quality food. We go on a Sunday when there is a special offer. We choose two starters and mains and get another main and side dish of the chef's choosing
We are local and all our previous visits had been very good. However our latest visit was very disappointing. They seemed to forget that we'd ordered starters then when they came they were very dry with no sauce. The same with the mains. Dry. Both the chicken and the prawns were like eating cardboard. At £68 for two, we expect better... More
I am very sorry that you didn't enjoy your last visit with us. Owing to an honest mistake, there was a mix up in the kitchen, where a table with the same starters as yours was mistaken to be yours. We fully appreciate that it should not have happened and affected the tone of your visit. Both of the starters... More
We were staying in Gloucster whilst at Cheltenham races and were reccomended this restaurant by people we had met earlier. They told us it would be worth the journey and how right they were. We arrived late, around 10pm and the restaurant was heaving. Instantly a promising sign. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, but as we... More
I admit that I was one of the monthly draw winners of a £20 voucher for this meal, so it was always going to be good value. But I had forgotten what brilliant food they serve here in Malvern's poshest curry house. And there's a set price menu on Monday and Tuesday for £15.95. For that you get poppadoms and... More
We were staying nearby at the wonderful 'Amazing View' B&B and had the Anupam recommended to us. Not without good cause. The restaurant is stylishly fitted out and this approach is seen through to the menu. A reasonably traditional set of starter, mains, accompaniments and dessert options is peppered with some really great unusual offers. Poppy seeds get a good... More
We have been going to the Anupam for at least 15 years. It has pleasant polite helpful staff. The food is just simply the best Indian cuisine we have found any where in the UK and India for that matter. It is also consistently excellent. We have taken guest and all agree its great.
