Description: Established in 1987, Anupam is the oldest Indian restaurant in Malvern and a proud member of the Malvern community. Located in the heart of Great Malvern and a stone's throw from the theatre, makes it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends and family for all occasions. The first floor restaurant has succeeded for the past 24 years through reputation and recommendation of its' delicious food and exemplary service. We emphasise in producing Indian food of unrivaled quality using prime fresh ingredients to make a menu which has evolved over the years to produce what we believe caters to every taste. As well as new dishes, many signature Anupam dishes have been on the menu since the restaurant first opened in 1987! The knowledgable staff are more than happy to help you choose the right dish for you, the chef can even make a dish specific to your tastes. As for dessert, the local company "Honey" located in Malvern Wells produce a range of desserts specifically for Anupam which have proven to be immensely popular. The Anupam also boasts a large wine list made by Robin Jones, which is regularly updated and at an extremely reasonable price. We also have a wide range of beers and soft drinks, including local drinks, "Hereforshire Pale Ale", "Stowford Press", "Clive's Farm juices" and of course Malvern's infamous spring water by "Holywell".The Anupam wishes to extend it’s welcome to all those wishing to experience quality food and drink in an atmosphere that encourages them to simply enjoy.

I visited this restaurant whilst on business in the area, I explained to the waiter that I had a severe dairy allergy and he assured me that he would relay this to the Chef, when my meal arrived I took a couple of mouthfuls and did not think it was ok, we questioned another member of staff who said the... This is the second time I have visited the restaurant and yet again, everything was absolutely first class. Quality food and a really good atmosphere.

I'm not an Indian restaurant expert since i no linger live in the UK but the food seemed really good to me and the waiters were most helpful guiding us around the menu. The onion bahjis were the nicest I've ever tasted.

My partner and I, popped in on Saturday night for the obligatory post drink curry night. Usually, we stick to the usual routine of cheap and cheerful and always follow the same meal choices (madras, rogan josh, etc). It's not often that you get the opportunity to try some authentic and different Indian dishes. anupam has a great selection of... More

Ate here as everyone in town has been raving about it but sorely disappointed. Nice decor and polite waiters but food was bland, not spicy at all, lacking all flavor and the meat was over cooked. I've eaten lots of Indian food and this was definitely the poorest in a long time. They did take one dish off the menu... More

Went to Anupam having been recommended. The place was very busy, luckily we had booked but our table had been given to someone else! We were seated pretty quickly however. Service was slow as there had been an influx just before us I think, and even when we had ordered drinks, order taking for food was a tad tardy. The... More

We hadn't booked so after lots of recommendations we were pleased to get a table on a Saturday night. After being served the poppadoms our dirty plates weren't collected for almost an hour whilst we waited for our main courses. We found the service to be very sloppy and believe the waiters could benefit from some professional training. After an... More

We are a group of friends visiting Great Malvern for the weekend. We each had a different main course, plus various side dishes. Everything was well cooked and delicious. Service was excellent, & the bill was very reasonable.
