I have a lot of diary restrictions and moving to evesham was massive issue for me in terms of being able to eat. The word of mouth team have been incredible in supporting me through that and have always found a way to tempt me with their delicious menu and specials! It was not long after moving to their town... I'm all for local independent businesses... but for my money - they can't just be cute and fancy. They need to be competitive at the same time to justify the repeat business. To create the loyalty - and for me, this is where the word of mouth fell short. If you're serving fancy teas etc - then maybe people would... More

Oh my goodness, so sorry...why didn't you say something about the price when you paid? Clearly our mistake - A full English breakfast costs £6.95 so why and how you paid £7 I don't know Please feel free to pop back so we can sort this out. More

Word of mouth is a firm favourite. I lived locally for many years and this always has an excellent menu, full of variety, reasonably priced, and especially catering for vegan and vegetarian diets. I once had the most amazing chorizo stew there that I still remember, three years later. The staff will do anything for you. Why go anywhere else?

In the culinary desert that is Evesham, The Word of Mouth stands out as one of the few oases is worth visiting. If you are looking for interesting home-cooked food with an emphasis on local and seasonal produce then take your appetite to this little cafe on the Vine Street side of the Abbey. This cafe is the antithesis of... More

Looking for houses in the area, we were directed by a local estate agent to this great cafe for a spot of lunch in between viewings. We were cold, fed up and hungry but this cafe proved delightful. The service is attentive and the food delicious. Would definitely return.

I’ve only visited one restaurant in Evesham, but I’m certain it was the best one. Word of Mouth on Vine Street welcomed us in on a cold winter’s day and warmed us with a delicious chicken and bean stew and brought colour to our cheeks with a scrumptious beetroot risotto pie. We were refreshed and revitalised with delicious fruit smoothies,... More

Have been before but only for coffee. Had lunch today which was lovely. Even though it was very busy staff where polite and helpful. Nicest sandwich I've had in a while. Sugar lumps for tea/coffee always take me back to childhood teas! Will definitely recommend and visit again

We stopped here for a light lunch. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. The food was very nice, a good selection of vegetarian/vegan or GF alongside more 'regular' choices. All fresh and good quality. Very good coffee and homemade cakes also.

Always really friendly, we've been with friends and lots of kids and they are so helpful, friendly and make you feel at home. Food is tasty, arrives quickly and supa dupa hot chocolates :) Would recommend!
