Yummy carvery & friendly staff

We don't live far away & we decided to book a table for a Sunday carvery. Its the first time we've eaten here in years & its safe to say we'll be back! The carvery was lovely. The meat was cooked to perfection & there was a good choice of vegetables. We felt it was great value for money. Being... read more

The carvery is one of the best in and around Evesham. Other food choices are also very good and the menu offers plenty of options. The pub and eating areas do get very busy and there is little space between tables. We visit for a quick meal if we can't be bothered to cook as opposed to going here for... More

Have been many times, not just carvery nights. Food is decent, pub gets very busy when carvery is on, due to this sometimes service is a little slow, but expect that at busy times. Have been many time and will go many times to come.

Popped in on the chance of getting a table and was in luck. Had a lovely carvery at a very reasonable price. Will defiantly be going back again

Took my elderly parents for a carvery, excellent value for money! The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, will definitely visit again. Booking is a must!

Driven past many times but decided to call in, last Thursday. The car park was fairly full, a large party in front of me as well as a few in the beautiful beer garden, which isn't seen from the road. Despite this, I was greeted with a friendly smile and served promptly by the staff. It was busy but, lunch... More

We ate out on a Mon evening and it was very quiet so although we had prebooked it wasn't necessary. Friendly barman/waiter took our drink orders and gave us our menus. We had garlic mushrooms and garlic bread as a starter and they were both very tasty. Our daughter had chicken nuggets, chips and peas which was a little disappointing... More

At last, the asparagus season has come around again, and we were keen to see what delights were on the menu this year...We were not disappointed. A comprehensive asparagus menu, very reasonable prices along with a full restaurant menu & carvery too. The place was fit to bursting on a sunny Sunday afternoon, and parking was a bit of an... St. Patrick's Tuesday Club, Leamington Spa plus our musician Frankie visited for carvery lunch on 29th April, From the moment we arrived we could not have been made feel more welcome, Graham, Laura and all staff ensured we were all well looked after. Our lunch was hot, plentiful and delicious with Yorkshire Puddings to die for, gluten free were also... More

Not usually a big fan of carveries...I think this is because down south they're all chain restaurants, but this was a proper pub and a proper roast! You could taste that everything had been cooked from scratch (unlike some of the yorkshire puddings and roasties I've had elsewhere!) and was regularly replenished while we were queuing. There was no limit... More
