We had afternoon tea in the garden at the back of Tisanes. There are beds of lavender which smell wonderful, wicker tables and chairs on fake grass which looks very realistic. There is a large range of teas to choose from, we didn`t eat but the cakes on offer looked delicious. You can buy souvenirs and pots of jam to... More

Visited the tearoom for a traditional cream tea. Good quick and friendly service. Large selection of teas to choice from.

Visited on a busy Sunday, July 13 ..... This is a gem of tea shop, proper tea, huge variety ...good light lunch/ snack menu and great cakes. Staff were attentive from the start, our party included my ageing mother and our pet dog and the staff couldn't do enough for us..there were no tables available so we waited and were... More

Great tea and cakes make this a must in my book but the atmosphere and the service make it extra special. I just wish it wasn't so well known as it can be difficult to get a seat!

We had a lovely lunch here on Saturday and timed our visit very well as there was a village fete on in Broadway. The tearooms had outdoor seating also, and the owners have made a beautiful area for about 6 or 7 tables. The gardens had lots of lovely herbs and cotswolds lavendar planted and so the waft in the... I get frustrated when I find places that have a real opportunity to have a really excellent business and they miss the mark. The tearoom is in need of a makeover - I don't mean change to something they are not, just do what they do with more style. Tea was gorgeous - eccles cake not so great. Service adequate... More

Picked this tea room at random but so pleased we did. As it was really warm we were lucky to get a table in the garden at the back. The staff all seemed young and the tearoom was very busy - possibly why some people didn't get brilliant service, however we had no complaints. Lots of choice on the tea... More

Only stopped for an ice cream outside but went on 2 separate days as it was lovely. Did not go inside so can't comment there but on a nice hot day the ice cream was great.

Went to Tisanes because it was classed as 'dog friendly'. Lovely place with loads of different teas and great looking scones. However, we never tasted any of them! Waited 20 minutes and were completely ignored and then the waitress apologised to another couple for keeping them waiting although they arrived way after us. I spoke to her and she was... More

Lovely and charming little tea room with plenty of choices of Tea's, I chose the Gunpowder and tasted exactly how they described! I even bought a packet home with me! well worth a visit.
