The steak and ale pie was wonderful. My son enjoyed his salmon, and of course, Guinness. Service was a little slow, and as there were not many people in there at that time, not understandable. But we could walk from our B&B, so that was definitely a plus.

We eat here one night every time we go the Cotswolds on our weeklong holiday and we have only good things to say. Ok, the tables are a little sticky, but the food is good and the staff is lovely. The atmosphere is good, too.

Visiting Broadway we'd managed to see one side of the High St. by lunchtime & were reluctant to walk back where there were more places. We're glad we didn't. A proper pub with really good food. We went for homemade things from the specials board, along with proper beer, well kept, in a lovely room (the non-sports bar as my... More

We arrived in Broadway having spent a wonderful special time in the Cotswold with my sister her husband and our disabled son. Our ambition was to see the World Cup final and have a few drinks. The bar was closed at 6pm. We were told that a staff member was sick and the owners would be a long. When the... More

Went here with my family. Said 6pm opening. Got there at 602. All dark and no one around. Waited until 615. Nothing. No one around. Saw three other groups also try and eat. Very disappointed

We had lunch here after being turned away from The Mount Inn at Stanton as the kitchen had closed! The kitchen here closes at 3pm, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The light lunches we had were good, and the service great. We sat outside, not much of a view but neat tables and umbrellas.

The food is generally nice but can be over priced and portion sizes can be small. It is a very relaxed atmosphere a typical country pub

My wife & I ate at The Horse & Hounds on a saturday night. There are 2 parts to this establishment, a traditonal English pub , with traditional ales as well as the usual modern beers & drinks.A bonus is there is also Sky Sports on a big TV for live sporting events. The second part is a resturant, which... More

We stumbled on Horse & Hounds by chance as we were driving through Broadway on a cold rainy day. We were looking for some warmth, good food and a good pint and we found it all here. The service was excellent, the food was very tasty while maintaining a honest, homemade quality. We were seated right next to the fireplace... More
