walked in on a Thursday night just looking for a bite to eat and a drink, was quickly seated in the bar area. Service was great and the Crab Linguini was delicious!

We stumbled upon this place after arriving by train into Windsor and Eton Riverside, stomachs rumbling, and fell in love! On Easter Saturday we enjoyed a relaxed and mouthwateringly delicious lunch of tuna tartare (with the most fantastic presentation), crab linguine, and tiramisu. It was all exquisite! We were very surprised when not one but two lots of people who... More

We stopped here for lunch, it was rather late, about 3 pm on a sunday afternoon, The place was extremely busy and fortunately they found a table for us. The staff were friendly, albeit young, but very attentive . In fact, we received a first class service from our waiter and waitress. The clientele were all fairly young, but not... More

Ate here on Saturday lunch time. It wasn't busy but the service wasn't particularly fast. I have eaten at the Cookham restaurant many times and it has always been excellent with the service perhaps on the slow side as well. The menu is the same on both sites but much better executed in Cookham. Had the pink peppercorn squid as... More

We had heard such good things about this restaurant and were excited to go last night, however we were very disappointed with our visit. Short staffed, rushed over-cooked food, extremely slow service, unfortunately I could go on. The waitress who "looked after" us could see our dissatisfaction but did not even ask us if everything was ok. Premium prices but... More

Really lovely, very fresh food and good service - would definitely recommend. The whitebait was not too 'bready' just right - and my husband's Tarte Tatin (shared with one other as it's for 2) was really excellent (and he is French so a bit of an expert!!). The only problem was parking! 3 Car Parks nearby but all were FULL... More

We were a group of colleagues on a Tuesday night and we were offered the party menu consisting of 3 courses. Food was very good and good variety of drinks as well, however we had to wait for more than an hour to get it and we spent almost 3 hours there. It was really a pity as the place... More

We were a party of 14 on Saturday night, who enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal which was great value for £38, drink was flowing all night just wished they had some Glava, staff were great even when we outstayed our welcome, but the star of the show was Georgina who is an asset very polite great sense of humour... We tried this place based on some reviews on TA, and were hoping to try the Welsh rarebit (and maybe a cake). However, perhaps we arrived too late in the day for this (around 2.30pm on a Saturday), as although the sign outside said Restaurant and Tea Rooms, we weren't offered anything 'snacky', such as sandwiches or cakes. The building... More
