Fabulous evening from start to finish !

Excellent food - from starters of olives and pistachios right through the roast suckling pig with crackling, roasted potatoes in thyme and duckfat, and the kale and leeks, to the vodka lemon sorbet ... Delicious! Every morsel was satisfying and so yummy we will be going back again soon. Service... read more

Everything were perfect in the afternoon tea : the tea first of all, the mini snadwichs, cake of the day and especially scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam ! Very pleasant place with nice staff

Have eaten here many times and glad to see all levels of food and service were up to scratch. Relaxed lunch there (wet day in February so not that busy) and highlight remains the amazing Tarte Tatin......(quite evil) Will return for sure.

We went because Gordon Ramsays chef was working there & as we'd had an amazing meal at Claridge's we were keen to try it. The food was brilliant, can't fault it. However, they have a strange set up with the House wines which we needed explanation on. You are given a Magnum of wine for £35 but are only charged... More

Always great food and friendly service. Windsor isn't blessed with too many good restaurants these days but this bucks the trend.

Having seen the pictures, i was worried that this was like being in someones front room, but i was wrong. The atmosphere was great, the staff very friendly, and the food was great. Only slight criticism was the size of the starter portion, but other than that, excellent. I would recommend anyone to eat there.

Very disappointed myself and my partner went here for valentines dinner.. Firstly it was a rushed service. The waitress was rude and kept rolling her eyes at my partner every time he ordered us a drink. My starter was nothing special and the main which was steak again just average. Over priced and over rated. We will not be returning.

Had dinner on a Friday evening. Attractive interior with lots of character. Good service. Interesting menu. We had the smoked haddock and bean casserole and loved it! The desserts were superb. Fairly priced. Would go again if we lived locally.

Just had a late Sunday lunch with friends, nice decor. Food average and overpriced for quality and portion sizes, lamb shoulder cool / cold, chicken uninspiring, sucking pig (basically a bit of pork) the best of the dishes. Cold veg, potatoes v good, but at at your £19.00 barely giving you any veg. Not an experience to repeat. £35.00 a... More

We have just had lunch here and it was excellent, all the ingredients appeared to be fresh the beef gravy, roast patatoes and veg were superb. We then finished off lunch with a apple tart tatin with ice cream and this was excellent if you try this place the tart is a must it had such a rich flavour. The... More
