Description: You'll find The Alma just 5 minutes walk from Windsor town centre tucked away on a charming Victorian red brick terraced lined street. We are a traditional English pub serving a range of beers, ales, fine wines and great food....the size of our portions are legendary. We also have the largest beer garden in Windsor, great for those hot summer days and evenings, should we see them! We are conveniently located for Heathrow, the M4 and the M25. The Alma is full of antiques and collectable's including: furniture, paintings, pictures, mirrors, ceramics and interesting knick-knacks We also have a collection of rare film posters and are constantly adding interesting and unusual items to The Alma. It's like pubs used to be and, in our opinion, should be.

Wonderful staff, great range of tap ales and cider, great 'proper' food, eccentric decor ( everything is mismatched, random and for sale!) ... It's an Inciting, friendly brilliant pub. And they gave a big beer garden for when the sun blesses us with its presence! Make sure you try the totally amazing cone of chips- it has to be seen... More

Helen, Danny and their staff looked after myself and 50 family and friends for my birthday brunch on Saturday 9th August and I was delighted with the result. They were always happy to answer questions and reassured me that all would be well. They explained the options and made sure everything was in place on the day. Alex, Lucy and... More

We have just returned from lunch at the Alma. We took both our dogs who were welcomed by the pub dog. The food was excellent and only surpassed by the friendliness of the staff. We shall definately return.

We came down from stoke on Trent last weekend on a night stay in Windsor. I got The Alma from the Doggie Pubs website and booked a table for 5 people. What a brilliant and trendy venue the food was of outstanding quality and we will not hesitate to come back there if we return to windsor

We visited the alma for a big family get together - 9 of us plus 1 Labrador. The staff were fantastic, especially Helen who catered to our every need. Looked this place up while on holiday in Windsor after reading the reviews on here and we are glad we did. It was only 10min walk from where we were staying but it is a little bit away from the hustle of the town centre down a quiet residential street. Myself, the Mrs and our two kids (age 4 &... More

We had Sunday lunch there with children and it was very good. The pub is not plush but the service is amazing, so friendly. We felt so welcome and the food was really good too. The children played on the climbing frame in the garden, it was ideal for us.
