Great service .... But....

So I visited this place for dinner with family. Generally service was very good and they were very accommodating. Food was great but the waitress confused the steak and handed me the medium rare and my brother the medium... What is worse is she did not even apologise (the waitress that is) luckily... read more

Went to this steak house in Windsor for my step son's 30th birthday. Most of us like steak and have dined at many top restaurants, so like to think we know a bit about what we like. This is quite a small restaurant but made a great impact. greeting was very friendly and a warm welcome. Good choice of wines,... More

Found this place a couple of months and I'm so glad we did. The food is absolutely amazing by far one of the best steaks I've ever had, some may say it's a bit pricey but the quality of the food is worth it in my opinion. Also very pleasant surroundings to enjoy a cosy meal with someone special, with... More

I don't usually eat alone but I was in no mood for cooking or take aways so I decided to take a chance that my favourite restaurant would have space for one, it was a Monday so I was confident it would be quiet. They had two big tables taking up almost the whole restaurant and they were really busy.... More

we were a group of 8 on a Saturday night. I've been to the Grill a few times and once again I had a great time. We were all happy with our meals and the cocktails were great too. Wonderful selection of wines. The service was excellent as usual, even though the restaurant was full and the staff were rushed... More

I was spending a weekend in Windsor and had perused trip advisor reviews religiously in order to decide where to eat. I still do not understand some of the reviews, but maybe it's just me. I expected it would be an up-market steakhouse with large portions and mid-range prices but what we got were medium portions for fine dining hotel... More

From the outside this Worrall Thompson restaurant looks ordinary, but step inside and the food is incredible. We dined saturday evening 18 April as we were overnighting in Windsor to do the sites. My partner wanted something a little different to the menu and it was accomodated with no fuss. I had a Filet Steak that just melted in the... More
