Nice Family Meal

I went here with my family last month for a birthday meal. I had 3 courses which were all very nice though the main was a bit small. A few of our party had steaks which looked fantastic and received great feedback and they even did specialist vegan options for my girlfriend. Well recommended for a... read more

We booked an early table here on a Monday evening 6:30. We sat at the bar and had a few nibbles when we arrived. There was no rush for us to take our seats. The food was amazing, perfectly cooked as usual. The trio of pork was delicious. I was incredibly impressed by the service. Friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. The... More

First visit back since it opened some years ago and although AW-T no longer a partner the meal was as good as we remembered the first one was. Really tasty food, perfectly cooked and well served. A really relaxed atmosphere. Prices reasonable. My rump steak only £13 other cuts and sizes up to £35 - also burgers available for around... More

I hunted down what I hoped would be the best steak house in Windsor. I wasn't disappointed. I found the decor homely, the service excellent and my steak, a man-sized T-bone, outstanding. I'm quite sure you'll find a cheaper steak dinner in Windsor... but I doubt you'll find better

I took my 15 year old son for a birthday treat, a great big steak. That is exactly what we got, cooked to perfection and excellent quality. The service from the waitress from Cape Town, her name escapes me, was attentive and very knowledgeable. I will DEFINITELY be visiting again.

6 of us went for dinner, a Mother's Day / birthday joint celebration. The food and service were of a very high standard. The blackened prawns, scallops and crab starters were delicious and the portion size was generous. Everyone had steak, which was accurately cooked in line with everyone's wishes. A very good night out

Visited in February on a busy Saturday night when the restaurant was fully booked. The speciality of the restaurant is steak, but we found the menu varied enough to satisfy all tastes. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and were knowledgeable about the menu. Cocktails were a great way to start the evening, and the consistency continued throughout the... More

This is a grill restaurant and therefore the main food is steak which is very good. I enjoyed the fillet steak however I found the pepper sauce to be a tad watery. Lovely triple cooked chips.

Had a large business meal here in March, 2015. Great food with great service. Nothing fussy just relaxed professionalism. A word of warning - some very low ceilings!
