Birthday celebration.

Came here for a friends birthday, food was very good, most people had a steak which they said was well cooked. I had sea bass again well cooked full of flavour. Service was great, they offered my friend a free cocktail for her birthday. No complaints from our side.

Celebrated hubbies 50th birthday here, wanted to try somewhere a bit different. Nice ambience and food was really good with a varied choice across all courses. Steak was especially good. Had a very pleasant evening and would eat here again.

We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a nice meal. My steak was cooked exactly as I requested and was delicious and complimented by good wine. The menu in general was inventive with generous portion sizes and some more adventurous options and seasonal specials on offer. The service was beyond attentive and it was nice that the restaurant... Together with 17 other work colleagues from around the world we enjoyed a nice evening with good food and wine at reasonable cost all delivered with a smile. I would certainly use again.

Six of us booked in for dinner on the Tuesday after New Year so expected the restaurant to be fairly quiet. We received a warm welcome and were shown to a comfortable round table as we had requested. Drinks order taken promptly and thereafter the service continued to be spot on. We ordered the seafood platter for four to start... More

Took my Mum here on the 20th December for her birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly staff who took our coats and showed us to our table. Upon hearing it was my Mums brithday they promptly brought over a cocktail on the house which was a lovely touch. We all ordered starters and the fish cake... More

Friend of mine and I looked through TripAdvisor to find a new place which we haven't visited yet in Windsor. Windsor Grill came up as an option and that was one of the best experiences we both had in the area! Starters, crab and scollops were brilliant and steaks were cooked perfectly. Service was awesome too. Good choice of wine... More

Took a blind chance on this place with another couple. We had previously only known it as The Merry Wives of Windsor pub. It is dramatically changed and for the better. Steaks were generous and cooked as per order (essential, as any carnivore will admit). Wine list had good range, quality and value for money. Staff looked after us well,... More

I don't often write a review about restaurants, but I wanted to share my dining experience last night (17th) at the Windsor Grill. I was part of a small party, so we hired the private dining room upstairs. The staff were warm and friendly on arrival and we all soon settled in after being made to feel so welcome. There... More
