As a regular of the Bridge Inn under its old management and ownership, it was sad to see its decline and closure from what was, with The Ship nearby, for a long time two great pub / restaurants. The new owners have given The Bridge a much needed coat of paint and new signage and clearly trying to... read more

WE popped in for a drink one day while we were out taking photographs. The owners were VERY kind chatty and helpful. I love the area with the River Avon running through the pub garden. I can remember this pub since i was a child and it did close for a while but the two new proprietors have renewed its... More

Welcoming pub. Ordered two roasts with the option of going large for an extra pound. Meat was lovely but a little over cooked. One slice each. The vegatables like the rest of the meal were warm. Three roast potatoes that were a bit of a let down. Unsure why we were paying the extra for a large portion?

Very attentive service but our roast dinner was really bad. Not going back again definitely. Very limited menu. No separate menu for kids.

Stopped for a drink whilst meandering along the river Avon, recently opened and thought it would be nice. Couldn't drink my real ale as it was very cloudy. Shame as I like London Pride and after 3 complaints decided to not drink it.

Thank you for taking the time too write a review. As a rule of thumb I always try to provide a perfect pint however sometimes especially with London Pride when it comes to the end of the barrel some sediment will cloud the beer, unfortunately It is unavoidable and will happen to 1 in 72 people. I have reviewed the... More

We have eaten here a few times now since the lovely Ben and Jackie have taken over the bridge, the decor inside is nicely done and feels so much more friendly and inviting. A lovely atmosphere, very friendly and polite staff, lovely food, a true country pub again, locals are made to feel very welcome and families too. Highly recommend... More

Stopped in for lunch with family and sat next to the river, food was great well priced nd presented. Burger was delicious homemade and in a brioche. Decor inside looked nice, but the garden next to the Avon has to be the best for miles and now with good food we will visit again. I wish the new landlords a... More

Three of us called in for a meal on a Friday evening and were greeted by the most bubbliest landlady I have ever met, she was great. The beer selection was good and the food choice excellent. I opted for the lamb shank which was excellent and would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

This has now been taken over after being closed for 6 months , it has a stunning riverside garden and warm friendly local pub feel. With great ales and wine section even a cheeky Bellini on request. Food starting this weekend and grand opening on Sat 9th May with.local band realease the monkeys and BBQ in the garden.
