I realised from my most recent to Wagamama's (and lets face it they are all the same) that i won't rush to go again. The food is always tasty, but like so many of the other reviews i can see on here, you are made to feel like its all a bit of a rush. I don't mind their approach... More

Rubbish service!!! We had to wait ages for someone to take our order and that was after flaying arms in the air. Glasses being stacked and every other customer got priority. Asked for a prawn dish only to be served a prawn dish with added extra...chicken! If I wanted chicken I would have asked gor chicken. When I pointed out... More

In a nutshell, not enough staff, too many customers, some of our food order was cold. Very nice staff full of apologies but anticipation for a wet bank holiday Monday would have been better.

I think they put something in the water here! The food is lovely and service is always good but the staff always seem so rushed to get you through your meal and out the door, even when the place is virtually empty. I Like the food enough that I will be back but not if I want to relax a... More

Went here on a whim. My wife is coeliac and when asking the lady at front of house for advice she was very understanding and explained the chain take food allergies very seriously but could accommodate most On sitting down my wife was given two binders showing what she could eat off the menu without a problem and also those... Wagamama can do no wrong in my family. Always there, always fantastic. If there is ever an issue with the food the staff are great and replace it without any charge. Chilli squid a favourite along with the Chicken Ramen.

For better or worse, Wagamama is the only option I am aware of for Japanese food in Salisbury. I personally quite like their menu and unpretentious atmosphere. Dishes are rotated with the seasons, so there is always something new and fresh to try. There are healthier options, or you can pig out on something exotic. The food isn't outrageously expensive... Having never visited Wagamama before having assumed it was 'just' a noodle bar, I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is mostly noodles, but what a selection. Friendly waitress, fast service, although it was odd to receive my mains after only receiving the first 2 of 4 starters, which turned up 5 minutes later. Maybe its the social style eating they... I was at the restaurant around 7 40 to 8 pm. Went down made my order great. Regular wait time for food. Say maybe 40 minutes or so. Then the main course is finished around 10pm. To which I made an order to try the new desserts they had going. Waited till 10 30 pm. No news of my dessert.... More

Like all chain restaurants, not much changes from one restaurant to the next, but in this case that's what I love about it. I always know that the food is gaur teed to be good and is far better that another boring Italian chain! We seemed to be overrun by these! I would recommend anyone to give it ago, even... More
