Lovely tea rooms

Great selection of hot food, teas and coffee. The manager let us off a round of teas as he brought it up to us a bit late as he thought but we didn't mind the wait. Very good of him I thought. Food freshly cooked and hot, so there is a bit of a wait while it's being prepared. Worth... read more

My Wife and I love this place, we always come back (usually for lunch) here because of the great food. The jacket potatoes are simply to die for with a great variety of fillings. The attention to detail from the staff is also worthy of mention, one time I had a slightly . . . . how shall I say,... More

We love our visits to this up market restaurant in the middle of Salisbury, The food is excellent, never had a bad meal, love the bottomless coffee, always a bonus. The girls and Richard are just wonderful, you are made welcome from the first moment of stepping through the door. Definitely a firm favourite.

Had brunch here. My french toast and bacon was divine and my husband enjoyed his blt. My coffee was very weak but judith48@hotmail.co.uk milk was provided on request. We both had chipped milk jugs and the carpet up to the loo was unspeakably grubby. Waitress had terrible cold which was offputting!

We stopped in Salisbury on our way to Cornwall and started the day with breakfast here. Great full English breakfast and toast. Coffee and tea were good too. We had a lot of disappointing breakfast experiences lately and it was refreshing to see that there are places which can still serve a decent breakfast with eggs that are not cooked... More

My wife and I went for coffee and cake, because we'd seen it mentioned on a vegan website. I had a coffee cake (non vegan) which was nice but nothing special and my wife had one of the limited number of vegan options, which predictably was unimaginative, very bland and wasn't worth the calories! The coffees we had, however, were... More

We stopped here for breakfast after reading these reviews on a trip to Bath, the place was very clean and staff were very friendly and happy, we ordered the French toast with maple syrup and bacon, it was amazing, a great place to eat and would recommend to everyone.

After reading reviews commending this eatery, my wife and I took my coeliac father here to have lunch after visiting the town and Cathedral. A waitress welcomed us upon arrival and asked if we would like to be seated upstairs or on the same floor. Because my father walked with the aid of a frame, we chose the street level... More

We stopped here because we saw the trip advisor sign on the window. My husband got the chicken and butternut squash pie and I got the sausage and onion chutney sandwich. My husband was hoping for more butternut squash, but I thought the sandwich was great! Very good flavor combination. Good service
