When you walk into Timoneys you are instantly made to feel welcome and part of the family. The food is fantastic something to suit all tastes and very delicious. The care that is put into every plate that leaves the kitchen is wonderful. My favourite dish from here is the breakfast, not at all fatty or greasy and the yummiest... More

Heard through the grapevine they are closing. Hopefully to bigger premises, hopefully nearer to Moortown! You have not had breakfast till you have had their scrambled egg with cheese served with Mums delicious soda bread.

A magical place. Go more than once and you're welcomed as a friend and within a very short while you become part of the Timoneys family. First rate coffee, good, simple food and service that in its detail and attentiveness would shame many a far posher establishment. Prices aren't cheap but represent good value. A real find.

I'm so disappointed to see from other reviews that Timoneys is closing as it is my favourite place for breakfast! I go regularly and always order the same - pancakes with bacon and egg. Their pancakes are incredible and it's the only place I can order them and clean my plate! The staff are so lovely and know all their... More

This is such a wonderful establishment. It does the best breakfasts in Leeds and the staff make you feel wonderfully welcome. I hope that Timoney's find new premises soon. It is going to be very much missed in Oakwood.

Very sad that Timoneys is closing in Oakwood. I have been taking my grandchildren there when I am in Leeds for many years. The welcome, the kindness and the cake are all wonderful. We went without the children for lunch and it was just perfect. Beautiful home made bread and very ingredient totally fresh and full of flavour. As for... More

The food and service is always 10/10... my favourite spot for food in Oakwood! From the breakfast barms to the freshly made cakes; the locally sourced meat, vegetables, bread and ingredients are outstanding. Chicken & roast pepper melt on rosemary bread is glorious and Timoney's will always on my weekend to-do-list.
