Just a little short of excellent!

Following positive trip advisor comments my wife and 3 teenage children chose to visit here on delivering the eldest's belongings to her new digs in preparation for year 2 at Leeds Uni. My husband and I spent 5 nights in Leeds and had the best meal at the Brasserie. My lamb rump with roasted vegetables was terrific. So was the sea bass and soup that my husband had. Service was unobtrusive, but attentive. The room is also very pleasant.

Ate at the restaurant yesterday, 9 of us in the party. Excellent service from the minute we entered. The restaurant was busy but the manager was very attentive and we never felt rushed. The food was excellent and everybody thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The Brasserie has a lovely atmosphere and we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!

We've driven past the Brasserie at West Park millions of times, so thought it was time we called in. 7.40pm on a Saturday night and only one family in finishing dinner. Worried a little at this - we watched a few calls also pull In and drive off - obviously put off by this. The waiter was a friendly lad... More

We shared a Beautiful pate, had a fabulous burger with a lovely sauce and a good sized portion of triple fried chips. The lovely cheesecake was rich with white chocolate surrounded by a tart delicious coulis. Fab service in a lovely surrounding, We sat outside and there were extra cushions for comfort

Having read reviews before coming I noted that the food was highly recommended but that service had not been so good. I can only think that the owner has taken this feedback and made some changes because the service and attention we received was excellent. As soon as we needed something someone was there to help and at the sane... More

I have eaten here before and the food was nice however never busy. Tried to eat here again during what should be a busy time of year when both the cities graduations are being held however the place was dead at 8.30pm only one table eating. When we arrived we were shown to a table given menus to then be... More

I went here for a graduation dinner with my family. The place was quiet on a Sunday evening but that suited us fine because we were a big party. The restaurant had changed since I last went. The decor is really open, light and fresh. We had two kids with is and their junior menu was perfect for them. We... More

I've been her 4/5 times in the last 18 months or so and have always been impressed with the food. It's not particularly cheap but it's no more expensive than anywhere else in the area for food of this quality and they seem to regularly change the menu. Went on a Monday so it wasn't particularly busy but it's a... More

Service very slow had to wait 30minutes for dessert only 2couples in there. Couldn't have the wine we wanted as the young lady serving hadn't been left the keys to the wine cabinet. Asked for water couldn't have ice again because she wasn't able to get into ice cabinet. Will not be going again
