Lovely little Italian in Leeds City Centre. Always a friendly greeting and the food is always good. I just fancied a Pizza and they certainly delivered a tasty one along with my rather large Apperol Spritz.

As a rule of thumb I hate going out Friday and Saturday night. Bars and restaurants are busy and I just hate that feeling of being rushed. I was reluctant to go out when my collegues decided to organise dinner out at Viva on Saturday night, but we could not choose better. We had realy good time. Not many of... More

What can I say? It's a local trattoria that serves reasonably good food. The menu has all the standards you expect but it's hardly inspirational. Having said that the cooking is fine, the service friendly & the prices are reasonable. I find however that when it gets busy you feel really on top of the people next to you because... More

Dined here whilst visiting family the staff where curtious and friendly all the meals 7 in total where fresh and tasty and of a good size, we also had wine with our meal, not a great variety on offer but still a few nice mid priced wines. All in all a nice relaxed place for a resonible priced meal.

Already reviewed Viva once, but after our most recent visit (20th June 2015) I couldn't do anything but write another review. This was our 4th, but I'm sad to say, probably last visit. It was a complete shambles from start to finish. The service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. After being showed to our table and presented with... More

Arrived on a Monday night, were seated immediately and free breads and olives delivered to table within minutes along with drinks. Both ordered the fillet steak and were sorely disappointed with the quality and taste, my parteners prawns were inedible and mushy and my steak was fatty and had a strange taste, vegetables were clearly from frozen, tablecloth was also... I'm Italian and I'm always reluctant to go to Italian restaurants. This experience proved my point. To begin with, the food was terrible. We were a large group and not many of us very happy with the food, with some (me included) being extremely unhappy. I got tortellini with ricotta and spinach and they felt really raw/frozen and tasted terrible.... More

Dined here with friends on a recent visit to Leeds. Staff were attentive and the food was good value. Scallops were lovely! The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing with people chatting away.

I visited this restaurant this evening with a group of six friends. Despite not pre booking, the restaurant was busy but the seven of us were seated quickly, the food allergies and intolerances were all accommodated and we we are served promptly and efficiently. The food was excellent and the menu varied enough to meet all of our needs. Excellent... More
