Good authentic Lebanese food, music and ambiance!!! I am planning to again today for the second time. First time I had a good experience with the food served to me. I like the way owner did his job. He is kind of one-man army.. He is the chef, he is the server, he is the cashier .. he is everything... More

We visited Fairuz tonight after one of our group member specially recommended to us.. Where to start. Bad food. I wanted the meatball but they had limited choice so I decided something called Nakanek, yes you wonder it might be good starter with fancy name but it was just slice of beef sausage. Then my friend took very drastic decision... More

Fairuz has been recommended to me by friends who know food so decided to give it a try. Although the staff were very warm friendly and the setting feels colourful and authentic I have to say I was left very disappointed and wished I’d not taken friends there. Firstly the starters, although well priced at around £3.50 each were served... More

The food was not fresh, reheated and oily couscous with mushy sauce, bad meatballs... The service was terrible, the owner did not let us choose our wine but pushed for the most expensive one in a very rude manner. The place itself is a little gloomy, neglected. Will never go again.

We ate at this restaurant when we were staying in Leeds for one night, and happened across reviews for it. As we were in the area we went looking, and we were so glad that we did. We had a lovely night with great food and a really friendly warm welcome from the owner / cook. We ate a selection... More

We visited this restaurant for the second time last night. We were the only people there, which was a shame, but it was earlyish on a Tuesday night. We opted for the Chef's Choice Meze and it was all delicious; a range of starters (the beet root dip was my favourite) and two mains with lots of perfectly cooked rice.... More

My partner and I visited this fabulous establishment before we we went to a concert. My favourite cuisine is middle - eastern fair and growing up in the Middle East and finding this true gem was like being transported back in time . The manager was truly lovely and we were made very welcome . I almost didn't want to... More
