Good quality Italian food

Came here tonight with my girlfriend for a meal and the food was delicious. As Primos is tucked away on Wellington Street away from the main road, they probably don't get as much passing trade as they should. My girlfriend went for the sea bass pasta and it was excellent. Big chunks of fish and perfectly cooked ribbon pasta, very... More

We went with our two small children on a Saturday night and it was really family-friendly. We were made to feel really welcome and the service was great - relaxed and unobtrusive. As for the food - it was delicious! The panecotta pudding is to die for! They also did great smaller portions which were perfect for the kids. If... More

Following a first visit to Primo's last night, I feel duty bound to rate the experience. It was a wonderful evening! We had visited on a Living Social voucher and could not have been better treated. The bruschetta was delicious and the pizza and pasta dishes beautiful. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Will I be going back? Absolutely!

We went on a voucher deal and what a relief to not have paid full price. My lasagne had no meat at all - I want to be clear that I don't mean there was only a bit of bolognese sauce or less than other places we have been - there was NO bolognese sauce whatsoever, so my lasagne was... More

I visited this restaurant after purchasing a Living social deal. We booked in for a meal early on a saturday night. The restaurant is a little way out of the city but there is lots of developing going on. The restaurant was quiet but didn't feel uncomfortable. We were shown to our table and the friend I was with asked... More

Despite previously being big fans of Primo, sadly on the past two occasions it's most definitely gone downhill - and that is reflected in the fact that on both visits (a Thursday and Friday night) the place was virtually empty. The food is okay, but no more than that (it certainly doesn't compare with many other Italian restaurants in Leeds)... More

Me and my boyfriend used a voucher meal deal here from one of the many discount websites. With the deal we got a main course and a drink. We went on a Saturday at around 6pm and the food and service were excellent, we both had a pint of lager and a pizza each and a bread basket to start... More

Table for four girls last Tuesday after a personal recommendation from one of us who is a regular customer and the added bonus of a Living Social Voucher! Booking was for 7pm and we had the option of a pleasant seating area outside but we chose a nice private indoor booth. Service was swift, friendly and efficient. We all really... More

Visited Primo for the first time after buying a Living Social voucher. The service was first class , we were well looked after and all the staff were friendly and proffesional. Pizzas were perfect. Only slight down side was that there was a lack of atmosphere but we did eat very early in the evening. Certainly worth a visit.
