Really good Italian restaurant although in a very modern setting. The food was first rate and it is run by Italians.

We were pushed for time and staying at the Novotel, just opposite Primo, so decided to go in and get a quick bite to eat before the heading to the theatre. The wine and garlic bread we ordered was lovely. I had a risotto which was ok - just far too much squid for my liking, all the cheap seafood.... More

Excellent "early bird" dinner of two courses with wine! The Italian staff were excellent. efficient, important was we were needing to get to Leeds First Direct Arena for the Divine Intervention concert. Meals for eight of us all served well and looked super!

I will be honest. I have been to Primo Ristorante many times over the past few years. Antonio and his team make you welcome and serve just the best Italian food. My advice, get off the main menu, look at the specials, ask Antonio for advice about food and wine. @Primofriends on Twitter.

We went as a party of eight on saturday night and it was not too busy - the food was piping hot - very plentiful - the chips were excellent - mussells very moorish - and the chicken moist - I couldnt complain

Been twice but it's always been at lunchtime so we've had to rush down our food to stay within our lunch hour. But the food is delicious, not overly expensive. Service good. Lovely setting and atmosphere.
