This has to be Leeds' best Italian restaurant. The food is actually cooked in the Italian style by Italians. The meal and service was "perfecto"! All my friends and colleagues have always been impressed when they've had dinner.

I've been to Primo several times before and always enjoyed it so when it came to finding somewhere for my work's Christmas lunch, I couldn't think of anywhere better to go. And, we weren't disappointed. Whilst the place was full, we were well tended to and the food was as ever delicious. We all enjoyed ourselves and I'm glad we... More

I went for a Lunch with work colleagues. There were 8 people and the majority rated the food as average. I had Spagatti Carbonara but a starter portion, which was enough, however it was very salty and i did not enjoy it at all. We were overcharged on the bill, which was altered, through gritted teeth, The staff were tutting... More

Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. Cold lasagna which we didn't get an apology for. Then bill was 45p short which they even asked for. Even after cold lasagna. Very unsatisfactory, after such good reviews.

Have to say i am more than impressed with this italian in the heart of the city. The food was superb, the service matched it and the price made the food taste better. I had Gamberoni to start and Penne Arribiatta for my main, both were cooked to perfection. Worth pointing out that the staff were a joy. All in... More

Three of us eat here and enjoyed the food. The service was also fine. Attentive, friendly and efficient. We had none of the problems regarding long waits that others reported. Very modern style of seating and a trendy feel to the place. They had a reasonable selection of wines and we chose one of their speciality wines which were not... More

The initial greeting was warm and friendly. The wait to take our order was too long. One member of the staff shouted at other staff too much and too loud. Made us feel uncomfortable. My wife's mixed seafood soup was far too salty, but my Medaglioni di maiale was so delicious.
