The food was served quick and if you wanted something the staff assisted in everyway they could. The menu was very nice and food tasted delicious.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and ate in the restaurant both nights. The menu has plenty of choices for all tastes and dietary requirements and they will go the extra mile by further changing dishes to suit your needs. I have a tomato allergy so on telling our waitor this he made sure the chef didn't include... More

I ate an evening meal and a breakfast in this restaurant. They were both fine and good value for money. My one suggestion here is that vegetables should be included in the price of the meal and not as added extras - which even applied to potatoes or chips when ordering the pork belly - which came with no vegetables... Good food, atmosphere and service. The prices were a little on the high side but pretty much whats expected for a hotel resturant.

So many options and combinations within Continental or Traditional breakfast. But if you are elderly and just want tea and toast, it will still cost you £9.95 for a continental.

Lovely setting, clean bright, werll spaced tables, nice linen etc. Food was variable, I had black pudding starter, pretty anonymous, then 'skin-on' cod steak main, excellent, then trio of cheeses, average. But overall that was £16.95 which is great value. the main alone was nearly worth that. Wine list is short and not cheap. The Cotes de Rhone red was... More

We had a drink in the bar area first whilst we chose our food, we were served quickly by a nice friendly young lady. The restaurant itself is quite typical of a hotel restaurant with it being quite spacious and brightly lit. I must say the light fittings are lovely though and I want one! Our food was nice and... Limited menu that does not change much. If they were to alternate the main menu weekly it may encourage more long term people to use the restaurant more often. The breakfast is spot on with friendly staff.

We didn't eat at the restaurant but we did stay for a few drinks. The menu looked good and we would have eaten here except we had not long eaten earlier in the night. Those who had eaten there in the evening were saying how good the food was. Nicely set out and friendly staff.
