Dog friendly & popular

Stopped off here yesterday with both of our dogs, sat in the snug with a roaring fire. Good choice of menu at reasonable prices. I'd go again.

My Husband and I fancied a Sunday Roast, so the night before we checked out The Fleece Inn's website. We knew of the pub but had never been. The website was very comprehensive & user friendly & the Sunday Roast was only £8.50 - bargain!! We used their facility to make a reservation on line & within 1 hour got... More

Loved this pub so much that we returned the next night. We ate here both nights & the food was delicious & great portions. Real homemade chips, pies & bread & butter pudding were my favourite. Lovely atmosphere & comfortable couches next to the fire. Great ales & wine too.

Visited for lunch on a qiuet Tuesday lunch time to sample the delights of Timothy Taylor's flagship pub in Haworth. Beer was spot on. Draught cider also available for my wife. We ate black pudding fritters and pulled pork sandwiches with "proper" chips. They were well worth the visit alone. With a roaring log fire and dogs now welcome this... More

Stayed just the one night in a nice and spacious room with great views. Had a mini pub crawl in the town and ended up here. Best lagers on tap. Unfortumately, the other pubs only offer carling and carlsberg but here I was able to enjoy a proper hand-pulled lager (warsteiner). Would recommend as a place to stay.

Very warm welcome. Fish and chips were the best I have eaten for a very long time. My husband had steak and kidney pie and he too thoroughly enjoyed it. Mushy peas were to die for!!!!!!!

Fantastic selection of real ales in a great location on Main Street. Sampled beers from Saltaire Brewery (fairly local) and Timothy Taylor. Good atmosphere and plenty of seating.
