We have dined at the Stirrup many times and I didn't think it could get any better, however I have been proved wrong. The new menu is superb, all four of us struggled to choose as there were so many tempting dishes. I decided on a delicious scallop starter and a sirloin steak to follow, the quality and presentation of... More

Tried to book in here for evening meal as liked the look of the menu however was told they were only open on Saturday evenings at the moment (Jan 2016) which was a bit disappointing so we went back one morning looking for breakfast. We were the only people in for breakfast - was a little cold literally in here... More

If you have the opportunity to visit Haworth-GO! It's a wonderful place filled with history and lots and lots of charm. Friends and I visited for the day and had lunch at The Stirrup Restaurant. I had fish and chips and it was great! The coffee was pretty exceptional, too. :) The atmosphere and service were equally good. My friends... More

Fantastic food, brilliant service, nice cozy, romantic restaurant. Me and my partner had the mushrooms and Brie to start followed by the steak and venison, the garlic mushrooms were probably the best I've ever had ! So tasty !! Followed by the cheese board and raspberry Creme Brûlée. With the three courses for £23 deal I think it is amazing... More

We had a table booked for us as a Christmas treat from our friends, and what a treat it was! We enjoyed the starters then I had the sea bass with a salmon and prawn fishcake, cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious, my partner loved his lamb shoulder it was tender and again beautifully cooked and seasoned. We were tempted into a... Can't understand people who write bad reviews because they can't have breakfast 1/2 hour after breakfast has finished. The food, the service and the atmosphere in this eatery are excellent. We had afternoon tea here today. It was delicious and all homemade. Friendly staff who made us very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place and would certainly visit again.... More

Popped in today whilst visiting haworth lots of people sitting down but only appeared to be one member of staff and one not doing much behind the coffee machine. Everyone ignored no one offered a drink whilst you look at the menu, which we got ourself. Miserable staff cannot comment on the food didn't see anyone being served we left... More

Love The Stirrup, a really nice place to eat. Lovely food, tasty and freshly prepared every time. Nice for a light bite during the day but, if you can make it, dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings is something very special. Great atmosphere, good service and fabulous food. In our opinion it's the best place to eat in Haworth.

I popped in here with my family (husband & toddler) at 12.10 on Sunday. The menu looked varied and interesting but the child's menu (all something with chips) wasnt what we were wanting for our son. We politely asked if it would be possible to order a piece of toast with sctambled egg - something that is advertised on the... More
