Lovely place - would definitely return

My husband and I visited today with our 3 children. The soup was lovely and the cakes gorgeous. Great cappuccino and Yorkshire tea, too. The restaurant is very clean and the young lady who served us was very pleasant. We would definitely go back.

We were looking for a snack in between walks on Easter Saturday and The Stirrup was the perfect place. The restaurant is only small, but the staff were polite and pleasant and the food wholesome, locally sourced and quickly prepared. Very reasonable cost too.No hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

We only went in as we noticed the dogs allowed sign, it looked too nice otherwise to think we could take our dog in (& the chef came out to give him a sausage!) We sat at table in the window by the bar (no dogs in the otherside) my husband & daughter had burgers - huge but cooked perfectly,... More

I visited The Stirrup over the Easter bank holiday weekend and was not disappointed. The menu had a great range of food options for lunch and the service was good - we didn't have to wait long for our food or the bill at the end of the meal. The food was great value for money and the portion sizes... More

Went here today for my adult daughters birthday. I booked in advance for high/ afternoon tea. We were expected with our table reserved. The stirrup is nice inside and clean. The service kind and considerate with friendly staff. We got a high tea each (u get a lot but it was our dinner and tea) and it was lovely...totally fresh.... More

Lots of choice for lunch but we ate here as there were interesting options. We were not disappointed. Nice atmosphere inside, good service and great food. Will certainly return.

We try to eat out in our local restaurants and we always come to to Stirrup because the food is always good and at a reasonable price and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Had a lovely lunch in here of Christmas Eve. Was surprised by how busy this small restaraunt was. Three of us had the haddock and chips and we all agreed it was a lovely meal. Fish was nicely battered and not at all greasy. Hand cut chips were well cooked and tasted great. The home made tartare sauce set the... More

During a recent visit to Haworth we chose the Stirrup for a coffee (and cake) break simply because the cake display in the window wouldn't allow us to pass by! My other half had the coffee and walnut cake (as usual!) and said it was one of the best he had ever had - and I can assure everyone that... More
