Pie & a pint!

Called in here after a visit to The Media Museum and was the only bar with any customers! Huge selection of bottled (craft...!) beers and a reasonable choice on draft. The person behind the bar was friendly and helpful although I couldn't quite pick up the European accent! Very reasonably priced... read more

A bit cheeky, but that's how my Bradfordian mate refers to The Sparrow! A really nice place, with interesting beers, friendly service, and good food. And no Leeds prices!

The Sparrow has a good selection beer, the staff were friendly. When we called in it was very busy upstairs which we found very noisy, but there is seating downstairs which was quieter

Visited here whilst staying in Bradford of business; excellent selection of beers on cask (4) and keg (8) with a wide selection of bottled beers from the UK, Belgium, Germany and further afield. Knowledgable staff and great bar snacks as well as fresh stone baked pizza from the restaurant down the road. Great atmosphere.

Great mix of people. Amazing atmosphere. Great alcohol and a good place to start yourself for a night out. Would highly recommend people start here before going into town. Loved the whole time I was in here and the variety of people who go is a good vibe for a night of drinking.

The bar that gave birth to the much-improved drinking area of this side of town. Interesting beers, friendly staff, great atmosphere.

They Serve a good selection of local and international beers. Although the bar is not huge the atmosphere is very friendly and always usually busy on a weekend. A great bar to visit to enjoy a good pint with family and friends.

Usually would be watching bradford city on sat afternoon but still waiting for the new season . Before the match would likely call in at haigheys bar on lumb Lane. This bar is up for sale so looking for an alternative. Joined fellow supporter for a few beers and initially thought we would call in at bradford brewery but was... More
