Pleasant place to visit at all times of the day... the deli is a great place to stop off, as well as the restaurant.

I took my other half and her sister here (Chichester) last night for a birthday celebration. Her evening/birthday were ruined! We waited ages for a waitress to take our order. After a further 15 minute wait I had to remind the waitress about our bread and olives! When they finally arrived they were appalling and inedible! The breadsticks were so... More

The service and staff were very good. We were given the right time to make our choice and the food arrived without too much delay. Sadly the quality of the food was pretty average. The pasta was a bit too greasy, a salad we selected had rather over cooked chicken and the garlic bread was way too greasy. It was... More

Went for lunch. Standard, good, Italian, chain style food. The waiter was very good but the staff were a bit swamped at the peak of lunch time. I think it was expensive and part of that may be just paying for the Carluccios name.

we ate here one afternoon, the day after my son returned from a month in Spain and Italy. It was meant to be a quick drink and snack, but after watching dishes arriving at other tables, and with the choices on offer, we ordered the platters and spent a wonderful 3 hours just 'grazing', sipping wine, chatting and watching the... Attended this special event on a Sunday evening and enjoyed it very much. The service was good although the staff were obviously having to work very hard to cope with everyone arriving and being seated at the same time. The menu was well thought out and the food delicious with the bonus of entertainment before the meal and between courses.... More

I was never very impressed but decided to go again on the spur of the moment. Unfortunately the focaccia bread must have been 1 or 2 days old, soggy and bland, the prosecco spritz tasted like nothing, something red with sparkling water... Things got better with the main of spaghetti with mussels but was not enough to win me over,... More

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service from our waiter, very rare these days! Nothing too much trouble, explained everything, the food was very nice, all staff were polite, but our waiter was superb!

Decent coffee, friendly, efficient service and an Italianesque atmosphere. But quite expensive and the portions are very small, as if their accountant is watching through a cctv camera! Which he probably is.

Sat and watched one of our starters waiting and drying out under the heat lamp for 10 mins whilst waiting for the rest which were also dry and under seasoned, our waiter was as brilliant (as he could be thank you Craig) but was forced to help other lax and uninterested staff including the manger who blatantly ignored us, had...
