Sunday morning, I was hoping to show to friends, visiting from London, the sights of this fine West Sussex city. We wanted to start with a full English Breakfast. We arrived at the buttery and we were looking forward to eating in this pleasant looking restaurant. However, when the waitress came to take our order, at 1131, we were disappointed... More

10/10 beautiful place with friendly staff! Scones were fresh and the clotted cream hit the right spot! Staff we're extremely helpful! The uniform is so in apt with the style of the tea rooms, the manageress was not afraid to get suck in and was very warm and welcoming, all I would say is she should wear the cute little... More

We tried this for breakfast after wife & daughters had been there for afternoon tea. Good breakfast choice on menu, & immense 'full English', freshly cooked with local ingredients. Lovely smiley service, & atmospheric surroundings, beautiful ecclesiastical architecture.

Set in a beautiful building once the crypt of the cathedral, this cafe is in a superb location if you're in Chichester for shopping. The food is always very good and they cater very well for us vegetarians. We come here a lot and are happy to recommend.

Went at lunchtime just for a "cup of tea and a bun". Service excellent even though it was a busy weekday; drinks arrived quickly as did my toasted tea cake and my wife's scone. Staff friendly and helpful. "Monster Mash" of a place! Cost £9 including Earl Grey and a Mocha.

We popped in here whilst out and about in Chichester, and decided to have tea & a scone. The service was fantastic, they were all friendly and professional. The scone was warm with a little dish of jam & clotted cream. Tea for 2 was plenty. Very tasty, fresh and enjoyable in a fantastic surrounding. A perfect little treat.
