Normal Sunday Night in the Maudslay. Groups of Drunks play fighting, wrestling, and shouting in the Lounge. Families with Children turning up for meals but walking out. Tables left uncleared and dirty for hours. Two tables of poker players in the Lounge. Staff under pressure Smokers crowding round the main doorway. No sign of Manager or Control. Used to be a nice... This is part of the 'Sizzling' pub chain, it intends to be a cheap and cheerful pint and grub stop. Sadly this place used to be a busy, family friendly place but now it's a bit...rough. The bar staff are lovely but the landlord appears to want the clientele to drink & smoke outside the front of the pub (making... More

Had seemed to have been microwaved for too long, as the filling was great, but the crust was so hard I could... More

Used to love it here, the food was always nice and the staff were always very friendly. However, I've hated it since the manager changed. I think the new lady is called Sally and I personally think she's a horrible woman. She's very intimidating and walks around in her maxi dress (no matter the weather) with a face on her... More

Went with a friend for pub grub and it was very tasty. service was fine and food was well presented. We did have a number of reservations about the place however, which if sorted would lead to a better rating. Firstly, it was very family friendly which was great, but kids do need to be taught how to behave in a dining... More
