We popped in for a pre theatre meal at 5pm on 23rd December 2014. The Restaurant was very welcoming - the staff were very efficient and friendly- the food was surprisingly good and we loved it. It will be an easy decision where to eat the next time we visit Birmingham. Faultless!

There were 20 staff booked in for a 5.00pm meal. We pre booked our meals and when we arrived were taken downstairs where everything was set up. The starters arrived and as they had been given names with meal choices the staff were able to just say the name which was great as no confusion of who had ordered what,... More

Chose red peppers for xmas do. Lovely attentive waitress and good atmosphere. The food though was pretty rubbish for what is a prestigious location. Baby ribs starter was really good but the mains were 3 out of 10. Tower burgers tasted like a birds eye budget burger. The steak was dry and looked as though it had seen better days.... More

Visited Red Peppers in a large group for my nieces 18th birthday and the restaurant was full with many Christmas parties creating a buzzing atmosphere. We had pre booked our food on request as they knew they would be very busy. Even though it was full this did not affect the service we received. We were seated promptly and offered... More

We were looking for a place where 5 of us could have lunch and came across Red Peppers. We had not booked but were welcomed in. Our grouped ordered pizza's, burgers and steak. I did enjoy my meal as did my colleagues. It was not expensive either. I would definitely visit Red Pepper again. My only comment is that the... More

Looking for somewhere to eat at short notice myself and a colleague chose this place as it was near our hotel. On entering it was very busy but we were seen to straight away and although we hadn't book a table was found for us. Jemma our server was excellent, not pushy and gave us plenty of space and time... we visited red peppers for an early evening meal. Even though it was not very busy the place had a nice atmosphere and the staff were happy and attentive, but not too attentive. The specials board had some great additions to the menu and the wine choices were good for a chain restaurant. Both the meals we had were presented... More

Red Peppers has a great atmosphere. Be prepared to shout. Its probably not the best for a romantic meal but its possible. The staff are always nearby and ready to leap to attention. Service, like the food is great.

We nipped in for dinner before a show so we were pressed for time. We let our waitress know and she was brilliant. Dinner arrived so promptly we even had time for desert. The menu is varied and good value. I have been several times and would certainly visit again.
