Good meal at great city location.

Six of us had a meal early evening after my daughter's Graduation ceremony. The restaurant has a brilliant location, next to the canal, amongst a variety of others at the lively Mailbox. We had a lovely meal here as part of an overnight stay in Birmingham. We had 3 courses each and 2 rounds for drinks for about £50 which we thought was very reasonable. We didn't have one bad course. The service was prompt and our server was very happy and cheerful. It's a shame we don't have one near us... More

Been here twice now both for birthday celebrations. Firstly the menu is excellent with a wide selection of cuisine's, there is Thai, Greek, Mediterranean, Mexican for a start. Both times I tried new things and both times the food was delicious. But mixed review on the service. Both nights were extremely busy but the first time we went service was... More

Red Peppers is a nice restaurant located right next to the canal in mailbox. We went here on a Friday night, it was very busy so service was a bit slow. The menu offers simple dishes such as pizza, grilled chicken, pasta etc. The non alcoholic mock tails are delicious I would recommend these if you don't drink alcohol. Overall... More

Booked this for a colleagues leaving party. Easily catered for a group of 14, and had something for everyone. The Mexican wraps (burritos and enchiladas etc.) were easily the favourites. Portion size was generous and the food tasted great. Service was fine. It was busy so sometimes difficult to catch the attention of waiting staff. All seemed friendly and helpful... More

Had an interesting Option of foods. Good service. I was returning late from Bletchley and starving, so dashed straight into this restaurant. It was a nice experience.

I visited on Saturday lunchtime as part of a small family get together. None of us had visited the restaurant before so decided to try it out after a recommendation. The food was brilliant and reasonablly priced and the service times were very good, especially Kieran who most helpful with our party. I would highly recommend this place to anybody... More

Our visit was on a Sunday early evening on a day when the weather was really nice, with most of the seating outside was already taken so we were seated inside. This suited us better anyway as we had children with us, our party consisted of four adults and two small children. We had a booth not far from the... More

Loved the view from The place. Right near the canal. We had the friendliest waiter who had a bit of banter with us and quickly took our order. Nice place with lovely Decor. I didn't enjoy my Cajun baby chicken as was with burgers and I stupidly misread and expected Cajun burger. Was not very meaty and disappointing but my... More
