I had just experienced appalling service in nearby Nuevo. Bank saved the night and restored my faith in Brum hospitality. Met at the door by an efficient and friendly Maitre'd. I asked to sit at one of the outside tables which were well served with comfortable relaxed seating, patio heaters and lap blankets. The reasonably priced menu was well thought... More

Stopped in Bank on a Sunday lunchtime and was amazed at how big and swanky the place is inside! Thought maybe this would take away from the food but was pleasantly surprised as it was all great. We had a nice spot near the window overlooking the canals and the staff were all friendly and attentive throughout, I had possibly... More

We didn't eat here but had cocktails which were fab. A little pricy but worth it. The last time I had cocktails this good was in Barcelona !!!! The outdoor seating had heating which was great as me and my friend love sitting outside !

We went here with work as a table of 7. The staff allowed us time to have a drink at the bar and relax. When we were shown to the table we were told about the menu and also what wasn't. I found the menu to be varied and had a good selection that was reasonably priced. Everyone enjoyed their... More

Came here for a bday treat with my husband. He'd requested a nice table by the canal window and a bottle of champagne on ice for when we arrived - both requests were accommodated. The service was fantastic, swift (but not too swift) and polite! We both had starters and mains, couldn't fit pudding in! The food was fantastic, his... More

Came to this restaurant as part of a group. Hospitality was good from the moment we entered. Good atmosphere until a little mouse started playing hide and seek, running in and out of tables and back into wooden gaps by the corner of the tables. I felt very uneasy about a mouse running freely. Staff came over and stated "she'd... More

Attended as a 10-party for a saturday brunch and deliberately chose the venue due to their afternoon menu of £15 for two courses. It seemed a bargain! There was good choice on the pre-fixed and there was something for everyone. The serivce was average. Wine was ordered and so was dessert and the bill was £400! For a couple who... More

Firstly ordered 2 of the same cocktails on arrivals where the bar tender made the cocktails with 1 double shot of vodka between 2 drinks these are not cheap so would of expected a bit more strength! The food when its arrived was mediocre small positions actually tiny portions all the sides were ordered separately and again were tiny. We... More

Popped in for lunch previous visits have been much better. Restaurant currently refurbishing so largely closed off dark squashed and non ambient. My burger was so rare it could have walked off the plate. And we were overcharged on the bill. The staff where however polite and quick to rectify the error.
