So glad we chose BANK for a post Graduation Lunch on Monday, 26th January, to celebrate our Daughter's and her friends success! A wonderful table by the Waterside, served by such a charming waitress and other attentive staff. The food was delicious and the Prosecco too! Guests were equally complimentary. Thank you!

Called for early evening meal as a party of 8. Staff were attentive and the building is nice inside with plenty of outdoor seating for warmer weather with heaters and rugs available. Menu is quite varied and think I may have chosen the wrong thing as did not enjoy it very much although others seemed happy with theirs. Usual town... More

It was my first time eating here, and most of us were probably slightly underdressed. They have a decent menu, although very limited in vegetarian options. I didn't realise it also functioned as a bar as well as a restaurant, so the background music was pretty sweet (variety of house mixes) but maybe a little too loud for a big... More

Visited here for a retirement meal. They set us up in private room which gave us some privacy. Meal was great and service was good. The steak was one of the best i have had in many years, so would recommend that. The staff were attentive and made sure food was served quickly and kept us topped up with drinks.... More

We visited Bank prior to attending a concert at the NIA. Staff were very helpful and quickly found us a table even though we did not have a reservation on a busy Friday evening. The food was of good quality (not brilliant) and reasonable value for a city centre restaurant. Wine was excellent (the South African Chenin Blanc) and the... More

Great location and a very buzzy atmosphere. We had to wait a while to be seated, but were offered first courses as compensation and we weren't in a hurry so that was fine. We had the whitebait and pita bread and hummus to start, which was delicious. My friends shared the steak and lobster platter, and I shared steak and... More

We were in Birmingham to see a concert at the Barclaycard Arena one Friday night in January. Short on time, we didn't have a reservation for dinner anywhere and were turned away from several restaurants in Brindley Place. Popped into Bank and they were very accommodating. The restaurant was full but due to a couple of no-shows, we were seated... More

Bank, the restaurant is in among the eateries around the NIA and the beautiful canal basin. The style of the room is contemporary with a quality feel. Good attention to detail was evident, i.e prefilled ice buckets, storage space running along the back wall, keeping essentials close at hand to give a seamless service. Maître d' showed us in, Coats... More

My wife and I went to see the real Queen at the NIA in Birmingham, I Want to Break Free, Fat Bottomed Girls, Rhapsody, the lot! Great evening. We went into town early so we could eat beforehand and ended up at Bank. The restaurant is in among the eateries around the NIA and the beautiful canal basin. It really... More
