Great lunch offer

I visited Bank for a business meeting earlier this week and was very impressed with the lunch menu. They currently offer 2 courses for £15 and I was very surprised about the portion size and quality of the meat (Prior to ordering I thought it would be small portions due to the cheap cost, but it... read more

I have been to Bank on several occassions and never experienced a bad service until recently. The new decor is amazing, looks really classy and modern. The food is good as usual, however on my most recent visit the service I received was despicable! I didn't quite catch our waiters name but he was rude and blunt and not the... More

They say it,s a restaurant, but it,s a discotek with music so loud you can,t have a conversation with your partner. We were 30+ people attending a retirement party and were overwhelmed with a bass and funk music, that made it impossible for anybody to understand what was said. We could not convince either the head manager, nor the restaurant... More

We had a table reserved at this pretentious eatery as a pre-cursor to a night out as part of a girly weekend away. We saw that the menu was a little pricier than what we wanted to pay, but thought that it would be money well spent for an assumed exceptional dining experience. We were escorted to our table and... Been dining at the Bank since it's inception, and still LOVE it! The new Waterside Grill Restaurant is a lovely place to sit and dine, anytime of year. The service is always second to none, most of the staff are on first name terms with us! Shazma, the manageress, is always on hand if something is not to our 100%... More

My family and I went to Bank for my Dad's birthday on 21st February 2015. We'd booked a table, which turned out to be on the terrace which was pleasantly heated with lamps. The table was nice; sofa's instead of chairs, big cushions, it was lovely! And we were right by the canal so we had a great view. The... More

We eat at Bank regularly but have not been for a while. We went last night and were shown to the "new" area at the back overlooking the canal and called "The waterside Grill". This used to be an exposed area with concrete flooring both cold and not very attractive and seemingly little used as even in the height of... More

My partner and I had lunch here on a Sunday. We were taken to the waterside bar and grill at the back of the restaurant which looked fantastic and had great views over the canal. I had the prawn and avocado salad and my partner had the chicken caesar salad. Both were presented very well and tasted fantastic. The service... More

This very large restaurant is in Brindley Place, a redeveloped area in central Birmingham and sits on the canal edge. On a cold February night, an attractive but very busy area. Several other restaurants nearby. Clearly popular with a younger crowd. As we entered Bank, I was appalled by the noise level at the bar and we were taken to... More
