As a student living in Birmingham I went to bank twice. Both times the food was delicious. I like that the menu is varied both in dishes and prices, so you can find something to suit all tastes and budgets. The first time I had steak and lobster which was great. The service at this restaurant... read more

Went here today with my daughter and two granddaughters for the eldest ones birthday. We all really enjoyed it we sat outside and it was lovely. The lunch menu is fantastic value. The service was great, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go again.

As a group of friends and family meeting in Birmingham we decided to chose a restaurant with a good reputation and an excellent menu. The restaurant is noisy, we sat at a cramped overcrowded table, waited 47 minutes until the first food was served and the food was not of the quality that was expected of a restaurant with such... Visited Bank on 22nd August, myself and my Fiancé. Our table was booked for 8pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and not expecting to be seated straight away, but we were!! Drinks order was taken almost straight away, with our Waitress explaining the menu in depth which was a nice touch. The whole evening from drinks to starters to mains... More

Best scallops in Bham. Prawn Tempura was very tasty. Tuna is a must have. Service....excellent! Positive: Service, food, atmosphere, good size portions Negative: Does not have the ouAou factor (but who cares...it is not Michelin) Do not go on Weekend.

Really enjoyed our lunch, great location on a sunny afternoon. Varied menu offering excellent choices, chicken skewers very tasty. Service totally acceptable, vino tad expensive.

Waited half an hour for our drinks to arrive after ordering them outside. Chased multiple times. After 25 minutes, manager told us there were no champagne glasses for champagne so it would have to be wine glasses. Made clear we weren't happy at having to wait so long and response was 'we're busy'. Absolutely shocking.

After a really nice Christmas meal here with work I had planned to go with my Husband. We went tonight for his Birthday with my Son and his Girlfriend. We went for the shared Sunday lunch as advertised on the website to be told it finished at 5! Not what the web offers and its £26 not £25 as on... More
