Slow service and loud background music

Called in after visiting at Heartlands Hospital. We were looking for a reasonably quick meal to save cooking when we arrived home as it would have meant eating late. The service was slow, both the time taken to take our order and the time for the food to arrive. Even paying the bill involved... read more

Went on a Sunday at 11am for breakfast before flying from the airport. Was told that breakfast had ended and they would start lunch at 11.30am. We had no where else to go and decided to wait. Then a manager came over and said that it would be an hour before they could serve lunch as they were still dealing... More

Late opening and un-welcoming waitress, as a disabled guest I tend to go back to places giving good service however this Harvester needs a good tidy outside, paint up of red as flaking. Opened late breakfast is supposed to be from 0900 nearly 0915 when waitress unlocked with no reason given and then the food was burnt well over cooked... More

Recently after staying in Norfolk Hotel decided to get breakfast on route to NEC, The Arden Oak is nearest Harvester which I prefered the menu to its sister brands on route of Toby and Crown Carveries even though Toby opens at 8am, I liked idea of fresh cooked. I feel the Arden was under staffed one male cleaner, a waitress... More

I called in whilst staying nearby on business. Service was pleasant but unobtrusive. The food was served in a timely fashion and was much enjoyed.

Normal harvester food is usually fine here. Our last visit was pretty awful though! Had to wait ages, hardly any bar staff on and ladies toilets need a deep clean and a lick of paint at the very least. Never any hot water and dryer not working so toilet paper everywhere. Very off putting!! Steak awful fatty and tough. Waiting... More

We decided to eat here after not coming for well over a year due to moving closer to Coventry therefore other Harvesters closer. We were very disappointed. It used to be very clean, modern and nice, it is in serious need of a deep clean and paint retouching. There were splatters on the walls that had clearly been there awhile.... More

Went on a busy Friday night. Waitress took our order without writing it down then came back asking for it again. Long wait fo the food & came out with one wrong burger (not surprising as the waitress asked for the order twice). A "5min" wait for a replacement turned into 15 mins and came back cold. Salad bar average,... More
