We found Annexe on trip advisor and couldn't wait to try it after the photos and the great reviews! On arrival it did not disappoint, staff were fantastic, and it was as lovely inside as hoped! We had a sharing meat platter to start, which was faultless and the service continued to be fantastic until the main... For main we... More

Everything about this restaurant deserves 5 stars. The staff are really friendly, the lighting is just perfect, great for a cozy or romantic dinner out. Not too may tables so book in advance. The menu is not extensive but is chock full of quality dishes and the it's worth listening carefully for the 'specials'. Wine list is good and priced... More

Great food in a lovely, classic setting taking you back to a bygone era full of charm and character. Great atmosphere relaxed and attentive but not overbearing staff. This is a place well worth visiting that's a bit off the beaten track but worth the walk.

Prepare to be transported back to the golden era of refined food and drink. The classic interior will leave you in awe, the service is top notch, with prices as you'd expect. I have yet to eat there, but having seen the restaurant area I can't help but think of a scene from Titanic! The place reeks of pure class,... More

I've been gf for years and I'm normally good at remembering to tell the waiter however on this occasion I forgot and ordered what I expected to be a GF item on the menu. On arrival it clearly wasn't. The staff didn't hesitate to replace the dish and within five minutes I had a fresh pork belly with a different... More

My sister had raved to me about the food and the service at The Annexe but I'm glad she didn't tell me about the atmosphere of the place. The black and white movies projected on the walls the mellow jazz playing in the background. All this before you even order a drink. I live in London and The Annexe is... More

Food was excellent, warm duck salad followed by the Côte du Boeuf which as cooked to perfection. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming... More

Went there for lunch on Valentine's Day. We were a bit disappointed that the special menu was devoid of choices, a couple of options for each course would have been a good idea. On the whole though we had a lovely time. The food was very good, I had the Annexe Rossini (fillet steak with pate on thyme mash) and... More
