We weren't looking to eat here, the other restaurants we wanted to try were fully booked, but we're glad we did. Very friendly and efficient service with food that was very good and reasonably priced.

Stumled upon this when in Birmingham for the cricket - now if I have curry in Birmingham I go here. Staff make you feel really special - nothing is too much trouble. Varied contemporary menu with lots of choice. Food has always been good.

Found this place by accident mainly because they were still open when most places had closed for the night! Good service and excellent food - a cut above the usual late night Indian restaraunt

Came here after googling "best Indian restaurant Birmingham". I'm not sure it's going to be the best however it was a top notch curry and I thoroughly enjoyed it. All the food was very tasty however a special mention goes to the North Indian garlic chilli lamb and the onion bhajis. The service wasn't amazing but the food made up... More

Looking for a pre theatre meal on Friday night around 6.45pm we found ourselves here quite by accident. On passing we noticed a "pre theatre" (7.30pm?) "three" course set meal at £12.50 ish plus service. Although first course is a poppadom it is still excellent value especially considering it's Broad St. It was fairly quiet considering which was a pity... More

Can't give zero so have to give one star begrudgingly. Started off well. Waiter was pleasant to start with. Service was ok. Food was deep fried, cheap and tasteless and wouldn't bother again. However we had a tastecard, which we advised on booking and on arrival, but on paying it seemed we couldn't use it and we were suddenly produced... More

Just came in by chance and were definitely not disappointed. Clean and quiet appearance, good choice on the menu. We had fish mango chilli and sesame tamarind duck for starters followed by sea bass and lamb tikka, everything cooked very well, one could taste the different herbs and ingredients. Excellent Indian food in the centre of Birmingham.

Good spot on Broad St by the canal and a nice change from all the chain restaurants in this area, also took Tastecard (2 for 1) so made it very reasonable. Had some fairly unusual starters (first 2 on the menu) fish and a crab dish. Service pretty quick and you get after eights at the end!
