My friend and I tried the beefeater for the first time today. We were very impressed from the outset when we walked in. The layout was very cordial and the lighting beautifully dim. We were served by a very friendly gentleman by the name of Kevin who took us to our table and looked after us during our lunch. Our... More

Dined at the beefeater after staging at the adjoining premier inn. Restsurant was busy but nothing seemed too much for the staff our waitress Vicky was fabulous, chatty and attentive. Would book this premier inn again just for the quality of the food and service

I went for a meal here with friends from work at Christmas. The food was in general very good value. The soup starter was delicious as was the desert which was after eight ice cream . the only draw back was no potatoes except roast with main meal. The service was good and the staff very attentive.

Absolutely disgusting !!!! Bad :- We made the mistake of going to this restaurant after 9.30 While I understand that after a busy night some popular food items run out BUT the food quality & present ion was appalling . We asked to speak to the manager and was told she will be waiting at the end of the bar... More

Enjoyed a nice meal with great service by Ruran. The appetizers were a little on the small side and if we had been advised would have doubled the order. The main meal was the mixed grill was excellent as well as the mac and cheese. Defiantly will be back next Tim in Birmingham.

The breakfast was terrible..soggy microwaved bacon....if it wasn't microwaved it was cooked poorly but we were in a rush and didn't have time to get it cooked again...this happened both days. Plus the station where staff put orders in was next to the table so my family got to listen to the staff complaining about everything the whole meal.....disappointing. Especially... More

It was very busy so it was noisy as is expected at this time of year but the food was very good and plenty of choice.

Very quiet when we arrived, but soon filled up. Menu choices were good, but it would have been nice to have some " half portion " options especially as it was lunchtime. I had 2 starters, one as a starter and one as a main course, dessert was delicious.
