We dined here with a Travelzoo voucher for the 10 course tasting menu. The food, service and wine were all superb. Overall a perfect evening. The 10 course tasting menu was served over a very relaxed 3 hours. Of the 10 courses, jersey royal was the best, wonderful flavours from such a simple dish. It also provided a nice contrast... More

This is a really difficult one as I am a genuinely honest reviewer on here and as there are more positive than negative reviews shows that this is just a personal viewpoint and really not for us. The ten course taster menu was a joint Birthday gift to myself and my Husband from Family. We both love eating out and... More

Service brilliant . Setting and ambience good . Sadly the Taster menu ..... Over complicated . Have eaten here on previous occasions and really enjoyed the food so maybe this current taster menu is just a blip .

This place is not what we expected. It has to be the smallest Michelin starred restaurant in the UK. This however is not a disadvantage - quite the opposite. It is very intimate without giving you feeling that you are on top of each other and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Unlike some restaurants there was no pretentiousness... More

My Son and Daughter in law bought us a meal at this Restaurant for my 60th birthday. 1st impression was what... the restaurant is set in a shopping parade and is just a converted modern retail unit and looks nothing from the outside. Once you pass through the doors that all changes, the decor is opulant, the staff profesional and... More

If you like a taster menu of surprises and taste bud delights with visual engagement then Turners is for you. If you want soup, steak and figgy pudding don't bother. The whole menu is a treat but the service is engaging, informative and friendly. I shall never see celeriac again in the same light - the variations as delivered were immaculate,... More

Delicious food but the presentation, ambiance, service, variety and sheer scale of the meal is what has made this the best meal ever enjoyed in Birmingham. We were lucky to book just a few days in advance with a opportunistic cancellation. Highly recommend for a very special night out. However, beware late night drinkers, nothing is on the house here!... More

As with other recent reviewers we had taken advantage of the 10 course tasting offer. On arrival we were surprised by the small size of Turners. All tables were laid and I reckon that it only seats 24-26 customers. The restaurant was full on a Wednsday evening, but we never felt cramped and with attententive staff, it all felt very... More

We were lucky enough to see the discount deal on offer for this resturant and had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful meal there. The customer service was second to none Due to my wheat & cow dairy issues, they created a menu that was as wonderful as my husbands and better on some occasions. The theatre of the celariac... More
