First time at Edmunds and I'm afraid we left very underwhelmed with the place. Aperatifs were slow to arrive and from then on the drinks never kept pace with the courses that were being served. Maybe that's because the courses came thick and fast and we felt rushed. As for the food, what there was of it was nice but... More

Great food... but it is pricey - you do get what you pay for though. Would be a great place for romantic dinner or special occasions.

Visited last night 13th August and had a wonderful time, we had a 7 course taster menu albeit that we asked for Fish only and no meat which they arranged for us with no issue and no fuss. 12.5% service charge as standard which we knew about and accepted. Only gripe was that I asked for a vodka to finish... More

Husband and I came here on the 8th August for dinner. Food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The chef was so kind enough to come out and have a chat with us! Will definately recommend this lovely restaurant to everyone :) Hope to visit again one day.

We bought vouchers for two 3 course meals for a first time visit to Edmunds with friends. This made the meal excellent value. The surroundings were very pleasant. Our waiter was great, friendly, knowledgeable and amusing. The food was lovely, beautifully presented and tasty too. The portions weren't large but you don't expect that in fine dining restaurants and with... More

I went with my husband for a travelzoo half price 7 course tasting menu and then again with two friends for a standard lunch without vouchers. I felt that the second visit was better (the 7 course menu is just two more than the standard menu, as two of the 7 courses are the amuse bouche and the pre-dessert). Service... More

We had a fantastic dining experience. The food is exquisite and perfectly cooked, the service attentive and at just the right pace and the ambience is quiet and luxurious. The food is good value - not cheap but excellent quality and you certainly get what you pay for. The wine list is impressive but also very expensive - We ended... More

We took a gentle stroll from the hotel onto Brindley place, having booked a return visit to the lovely Edmunds. We received a warm welcome and ordered a pre-dinner drink. The food in here is great, they take the main ingredient be it fish or meat and bring out all its flavour. I will not bore you with each individual dish, but apart... More
