Plenty of food at great value, can get very busy so don't leave it too late. If too late you wont get let in.

Visited Big Wok on Sunday 1st December having been away for the weekend. I have had a allegiance to Big Wok since the first week it opened but I feel the standards have dropped recently, so I will now question going again. As an habitual feeder on the starters I was mightily disappointed with my staple opener of Chicken &... More
Just been to the Big Wok buffet Birmingham at £9.99. Absolutely awful. Plates filthy, had to go through a pile to find one that didn't have the last persons food on. The yuk sung was slimy and inedible. The food was over cooked. The puddings were tasteless. Used to go to this restaurant years ago but haven't been for a... More
In Chinatown there is a lot of choice. We vame here as my colleague had been before. It was busy. Which is a good sign and the choice was good. I ran out of room to eat before I ran out choices. The fresh cook stations make a good addition and the choive of cakes from the bakery are also... More
We had an awesome first visit! Food was incredible! there was just so much & such a variety. will be coming here when we are in Birmingham! The staff was friendly & helpful. We wen Friday the 29th Nov. and we are still talking about it!

Off my plate a member of staff approached me quite rudely and pointed... More
4pm on a Monday afternoon and the food was awful. Stale, tasteless and full of unempoyed chavs who would probably eat dogs crap anyway. Stay away and visit Ming Moon instead worth the extra money than this hole of a restaurant. R.I.P. Big Wok
I have been here on several occasions and every time we have been the staff have been polite. I am a fussy eater but what i do have is good food and the people who i have gone with have said the same. The only complaint i will have is that the actual plates look old and worn down but... More
