Before 17.00, £7.50, eat as much as you can. Very good selection of food, including starters, soup, salad, main meals, such as noodles, egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, etc. Sweeets included home made mince pies. Boasts an ice cream machine. At night, select your own uncooked food, and chef will cook it for you. There is also a... More

Went here at the end of an afternoon shopping in town and boy do I regret it. All the food was tasteless and bland, when going to an all you can eat I would go up 3 or 4 times but here I could only manage about one and a half times as after this I just felt sick and... More

I had been to this Big Wok since its opening day, and it was great then, and I would have probably rated it as 4/5 stars. However, these days, the queues outside the doors have gone, and so have much of the great food. Now, it is very definitely at the lower end of the buffet scene, and the crowds... More

Use to be good. This time didn't like at all. Food was flavourless and COLD! Ice creams...(if I can call them by this name) horrible.

Oh dear. ..What a dramatic fall...after many a visit here, I have decided that I won't visit again. Very disappointing to find the food cold, tasteless and below par. No wonder there were plenty of tables when in the past I have queued to get in.

Used to be a regular visitor with my children. Used to be good. Food was always hot and for the most part good. This was evident in the fact it was always packed. Evening visit with my family after collecting daughter from New St Station. Friday night, German market on, place very quiet. Food very poor. Nothing was hot. Tried... More

Passing by this restaurant we wanted something to eat quickly. You can tell by the price of £7.99 for as much as you can eat, just what type of place it is. The food was edible - chicken, beef, pork, rice, noodles, vegetables and chips and there were lots of desserts. The floor is a bit greasy and it's cafeteria... More

Went here last Sunday before going to NIA to see the birmingham tattoo. There were three of us and we got there a little before they opened at 12 the food looked lovely and as we were first in there was a good selection to choose from. Was disappointed as by the time finished putting food on plate and getting... More

Just come back from eating in there as Ming Moons was fully booked, Is it now an overflow for Ming Moons? Big Wok was great a few years ago when it first opened but now its disgusting. Not much variety and not very hot, the place is filthy, most of the plates are chipped. It actually smells of a sicky... More
