Cheap

I eat here quite often as I stay in a local hotel when i'm working in Brum. If i'm tired after a hard days work and just want throw food down my throat without spending much money then Big Wok does the job well enough. At £10.99 for eat all you want, it's never going to be gourmet food and... read more

I love the food and the variety of food available. The negative side is its very basic, but for the price you pay its a great place to go

This place isn't the most modern of restaurants, but I certainly can't fault the food lunch time for £6.99 is a great bargain night time £10.09 is very good there's everything from your crispy seaweed to calamari which I could easily eat a plate full of, good choice of food, and drinks not too bad either and they do tepinyaki,... You really can't go wrong at the Big Wok. At lunch-time it's really good value, satisfying in a way that fast food cannot equal. At dinner-time the Tepenyaki and pancake bar are open. There's something for everyone, even if you only want chicken and chips! The ribs, Mongolian lamb and fried chicken are particularly good, as are the lovely choice... More

This restaurant in Birmingham is the worst restaurant I have ever attended. Staff were constantly watching you and then on my FIRST plate of food was a long hair wrapped around my food. Absolutely disgusting! As I was about to inform the waiter, I overheard a lady also complaining about finding a hair in her meal and from what I... More

We went to visit before our show at the hippodrome as a special treat, we were seated by the window which was fine. We had one plate of food from the starters section, food looked ok although very basic. Back at our table our 2 small cokes had been left for us, whilst eating I noticed something wrapped around my... More

We visited before going on to a show at the hipp. We were seated near the buffet because of me being unable to walk. The staff were helpful in getting us seated & drinks and told us to help ourselves when we wanted. There was a wide selection of food available & there definitely was something for everyone! We choose... More

I found this Chinese in a hidden cove in the Chinese part of Birminfham. We loved the fact it was a buffet restaurant and therefore so much cheaper than a la carte! £10.99 for a adult and half price for children. There was a great supply of food to suit most tastes and then deserts which is nice to finish... More

It ain't a Michelin star restaurant but you pay for what you get and that's lots of tasty food It's only just a couple quid more than buying a sandwich from Tesco at lunchtime
