A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!

A hidden little gem!

We popped into The Fourteas for a quick cup of tea and ended up staying for lunch. The service was really friendly and quick. The full monty breakfast was just the right size and of great quality. I had eggs benedict and it was delicious. My daughter fancied beans in toast and the waitress even... read more

The décor and atmosphere are so different and the afternoon tea with scones and a fabulous selection of sandwiches and cakes makes this a venue t return to - and the carry out gas mask box .........doggy bag - what an inspiration!

I have been to stratford many times as I love it there, I think it is beautiful, I love the shakespeare houses and in the summer the floral displays in the town are amazing! I can't believe I have never discovered the Fourteas tea room! Just lovely! So cute all the waitresses in their 40's uniforms, just like stepping back... More

Stopped here for a light lunch. We both ordered soup and a cheese scone. Unfortunately the soup was little more than flavoured water in a shallow bowl with no bread on the side - for the grand price of £4.50 per bowl! It was difficult to find any cheese in the scone. The cup of tea was the only redeeming... More

It was a rainy Sunday and we were together as a family for the first time in over a year as we now live in 3 different countries. The tea room was very busy and we were sat on 2 different tables, but upon being asked if it was a special occasion and we wanted to be sat together, we... More

The surroundings are fab. 1940s tearoom with. "ration book" menu. The service was excellent. Very pleasant staff who are attentive without being intrusive. We had the Ivor Novello afternoon tea which at £12.50 per person, was good value . Sandwiches ( you choose which you want) were very generously filled. The only (fairly minor) irritation with the food was that... More

Fresh, well presented food (mostly local) in an atmospheric forties setting. Reasonable prices. This has become one of the places to stop at in Stratford so always very busy with queues to get in at times. I think you can book.
