Description: A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!

We called in early morning as our goodbye treat before heading home from a short break. Lovely ambience with real attention to detail everywhere. Great food, service and background music. Loved the uniforms.

My partner and I are involved in 1940s events and collect memorabilia from the period, so when we came upon this café whilst on holiday we just had to go in. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the food. Although they were busy and we hadn't booked, we were shown to a table fairly quickly by efficient and friendly staff.... More

Four family members had booked a table for a light lunch and we were not disappointed. Three of us had soup and a sandwich and the other had a cooked breakfast all chosen from a quirky menu like a post-war ration book. Service was efficient and this enabled them to deal with lots of customers. The café only had some... More

This very quaint cafe is held in the style of the 40's. The wait staff is dressed appropriately, the pictures on the wall invoke an impression of war times, and even the flatware and silverware is (or at least seems) authentic. They offer a fantastic variety of teas - If you cannot decide knowledgeable employees can give you recommendations. We... More

As an ex pat living in the US who grew up in 50's England, this was a lovely touch of nostalgia. Loved the 40's atmosphere with the Anderson Shelter in the garden and Vera Lynn songs in the background. The staff were friendly and the good was good.

Whilst researching tea rooms in Stratford-upon-Avon, I came across this little gem, and being a 40s fan, had to give it a go, and I was not disappointed! Amazing atmosphere as soon as you step in, with war time music playing and spot on decor. The food was lovely - homemade, and very fresh. The tea was proper tea! Fresh... More

This 40's themed cafe really goes for the full wartime feel. From the memorabilia and staff costumes to the music and ration book menus, it's a lovely step back in time. But it's not just these features which make it such a popular venue - it's wise to book in advance at weekends - the friendly service and quality of... More
