Description: A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!

Spot on top nosh, lovely friendly staff and the 40s theme is so cleverly put into practice! I had delicious scrambled egg on toast, lovely old fashioned tea. I was a bit sceptical at first but the atmosphere is so welcoming. Only fault is that there isn't much vhoice off food

We visited for a quick cuppa, but couldn't resist the scones and Victoria sponge. The place is wonderful and the crockery set reminded me of what my nan used to have. The waiter/waitresses are all dressing in 1940's dress and the music very in keeping. I loved the specialist teas and the fact they are all loose, and you are... More

Our attention was drawn to this cafe whilst walking down the street by the theme and the sound on 1940's music. After a quick look at the menu, we decided to venture in. We were seated by a friendly waiter and we had a good look around. The theme was carried through every part of the cafe, from the music... More

We were drawn to the Fourteas by the forties theme and the window display, looked a bit quirky so we gave it a try. All round excellent experience! Yes the theme was good but this was also good staff serving excellent food and a great range of teas. We went late morning and enjoyed breakfast muffins then followed on with... More

Visited for a cream tea on 24th July. The place is amazing from all the servers wearing 40s outfits, to the menu which looks like a ration book. Wonderful decor and atmosphere. Well worth a visit if your in the Stratford area.

I recently went to this tearoom with some girlfriends as one of them had found it for our visit to Stratford Upon Avon/Leamington Spa. It looked very inviting from the outside and a lot of attention has gone into making the ration books and putting up newspaper cuttings and posters from this era. I was really impressed with these efforts... More

Everytime I visit Stratford (quite often) I tend to pop in for something to eat and drink. Lovely atmosphere, great service and the food/drink is fanastic. You can sit outside although I never have. The resturant is very clean, toilets are clean, good value for money depending what you have. My relatives who are of an older generation can really... More

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and despite the busyness of the day, we had a table very soon. This tea room is forties themed and boy, have they gone for it! The waitresses wore wartime costume as did the other serving staff and the receptionist. The crockery is all vintage, or looks it, and the wall decor is... More

This place has it exactly right! You must visit! Really good atmosphere, fantastic service and the best cup of tea I've had for a long time! If you are visiting Stratford from overseas this place represents the best of British! Has inside and outside seating for whatever the weather throws at you, all the waiters and waitresses dress in period... More
