Quaint little cafe

Stopped here for a bite to eat today, thought it was a lovely establishment. All of the staff were friendly and polite. The food portions were decent enough for the price, my ploughmans salad was fresh and I enjoyed the hot French bread that accompanied it. One of our party had the home made quiche... read more

Stopped here for lunch, was quiet when we arrived but then everyone seemed to pour in! Service was quick and friendly, happily made a baguette that wasn't on the menu which was great. I had a jacket potato which came with a large side salad and pasta, very good portion sizes for the price. Food seemed nice and fresh. Staff... More

We've been occasional customers of the Deli Café for over 10 years, & every visit would have to be scored 'excellent'. They usually have several gluten free dishes + cakes, which are home made.

We visited the Deli Cafe on our last day in Stratford after reading some reviews on here. The food itself was average, a standard cafe but was tasty. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Good, last stop off before our venture home.

Had a lovely time here this morning :) the staff were so friendly and polite; in particular the lady who seemed to manage / own the cafè. The food was great. I just wish I'd ordered what my partner had. Really affordable too. Definitely a recommendation.

Nipped in here for a lunch with a friend. I thought the menu was good but the prices were not. Had to pay £5.50 for a small panini with a "garnish" which was 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of tomato and 3 shreds of lettuce. I asked for mozeralla, tomato and pesto (it was meant to have bacon on... More

Lovely friendly warm cafe. Nothing is to much effort and the food is always good quality. Always a warm welcome whatever the time of day. To top everything off they melt the cheese on the jacket potatoes if you ask!! This really does make a difference 👍🏻

We were going to a matinee performance at the Swan Theatre. Train up from London, walk into the centre. Time for lunch. No not pizza, no not kebab nor Chinese nor Thai. We're in the birthplace of England's most famous son. Shakespeare, so much part of the English brand that it had to be English food. The Deli Cafe sort... More

Went there for breakfast, food was ok nothing special just your average greasey spoon, they did have a good selection on offer & the hot chocolate was very good but the main problem is the cafe's kitchen doesnt have very good ventilation if any as from the moment we sat down you could feel & smell the grease in the...
