My husband and I visited on a Tuesday evening at around 6.30pm. First impressions upon entering were ok, although we were not really greeted by the staff as they seemed happy to stand and stare at us instead. There were only two other people in the restaurant however we were asked if we had booked. The way it was asked... More

Sunday afternoon reservation, we arrived to an almost empty restaurant, I think there were 4 occupied tables. We ordered drinks, bread & olives whilst waiting for our starters - very nice....so far. The starters were lovely but it went a bit wrong from here on. When ordering my main 'Gilt-Head Bream Fillet with Scottish scallops, palourde clams, samphire, spinach and... More

Took my wife and daughter for a birthday meal - first visit, not disappointed. The restaurant has off-road parking right in front. Resembles a converted pub with bar at the front and restaurant at the back so no special ambiance. The menu offers a wide choice of seafood dishes, our three main courses were well cooked and presented. Service was... More

Yesterday I was situated in the side room, a little bit out the way of the main restaurant but this was not an issue for our waiter (Josh) who made the extra effort to run our food round the bar to us. He made sure to keep up to date with all our needs. We had the mussels and fish... More

Went for a meal after a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Service was good and main course excellent. However I finished with the chocolate tart and clotted cream. Unfortunately this is a bad pairing and would have been much better with ice cream. Will choose a different dessert next time. Overall very good.

We had no problem booking a table for two on this Saturday night, previously it has always been difficult, as it's been a very popular Restaurant. After being seated, we were allocated a Server, bless, she did her best, service was quite rushed, although lots of vacant tables, pressured to decide main corses etc...entrees were nice, bread warm and great... This used to be one of our favourite restaurants however last year we found it went downhill. We decided to give it another chance tonight, but unfortunately they failed to impress again, unlikely we will be coming here again. We had to ask for butter to go with the bread we ordered. We had a cup of coffee before the... More

Lovely surroundings, attentive staff, nice ambience. Great being able to watch the hustle & bustle in the kitchen(as it's open plan). Food was beautifully presented. I ordered the crab & grapefruit salad for a starter. The waiter told me it had a bit of a kick to it, it did and it was delicious. Main courses were delicious as were... More
