Went for a nice pizza and a glass of vino with a few friends before our attempt at a decent time on the north run. Pizzas were delicious and though it took a little longer then usual must say that diablo was just what the doctor ordered! Big love to mamma mias staff and see you all soon!!

Nice enough place, friendly staff and good value. Food a bit variable, pizza not great, but other things were. Good for kids and not too busy on Saturday evening.

I had a lunch at Mamma Mia with my daughter and was not impressed. Our starter garlic Bread went back as they used the pre cut stored in White wine vinegar straight onto a pizza base it was disgusting so went back. The next attempt must have been garlic salt and that went the same way. Ever been for and... More

We have been going to Mama Mia's for years and always found the food lovely and it was one of our favorite places. We visited in July 2014. It was a Saturday night and it was very busy. The service was okay we were shown our table and we ordered our food. I had a steak which was nice but... More

Mamma Mia has long been a family favourite. Tucked away down the narrow lane delightfully called Pudding Chare, Mamma Mia is a really nice Italian restaurant offering good food and good service. The menu offers a good variety and cannot be faulted. As with a number of restaurants in Newcastle, what stops it getting a 5 rating are the toilet... More

This restaurant is tucked away in an alleyway near the Bigg/Cloth/Groat Market. We've been going there for years for Happy Hour. I particularly like that you can half a half pizza with salad/chips. There is a good choice on the menu but I can never get past my favourite Romana pizza (tuna and garlic) and I always ask for extra... More
