This is the second time we have visited this restaurant. Once in the evening then today for lunch. Completely different atmosphere as the evening was very busy with a fantastic atmosphere. Lunchtime was quieter and very relaxed with the staff being very friendly and attentive. There was a special lunchtime menu but my wife fancied something off their other menu.... More

Nice to be back, greeted by a great welcome, even after not being there for over a year, shown to a great table, and was not rushed whilst lingering over a great meal. This is not one of the cheapest places to eat in china town, but serves perfect cooked food that generally is more seafood orientated (the monkfish is... More

First time visit to Landmark and we were very impressed. Food was very well cooked, extremely tasty and served quickly. Only detraction was some noisy guests but they left soon after we arrived. Probably the best Chinese meal I've ever had!!

This was a business dinner and we had the one of the set banquets. Food and service was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. I think Andy is the owner/manager and he ensured that everything was just right for us. I would be more than happy to go back again and would recommend it.

Every time we go to Newcastle this is the first place we book to eat in. Has to be the best Chinese restaurant in Newcastle's China town area. Staff are very friendly and also the food is great even though the do sneak in the odd bit of celery (the devils weed) into the food. It's not cheap, it's not... More

My wife and I popped in here for a lunchtime special and it was excellent. The service and food were very good and I'd always recommend this place, especially for a lunchtime special.

Visited for a family event and really enjoyed the food and service. Even when my toddler started to get bored the staff were great with him and happily entertained him so we could finish our food...which is often a rare thing!

I have been here 3 times previously with large groups, on one occasion there was 30 of us and it was absolutely excellent, however the experience seems to get worse the less of you there are! The restaurant is split onto 3 levels and if you are on the middle level you may aswell be invisible, which is where we... More

Went here based on the good reviews, the food was okay but it came out from the kitchen within ten minutes. So it could not have been freshly made, and as it was only 6pm I wondered when it had been made.

Went to the landmark last Thursday night on a works night out, 20 of us in total. The service was friendly, we were offered plenty drinks and regular top ups, and the food was superb, well presented, packed with meat and plenty to go around. The staff noticed a couple of dishes were popular and gave us more without asking... More
