This was our first visit and certainly not our last. Food was great, tasty and fresh. It was not oily or over salty. The service was some of the best we've ever received whilst eating out. There is a good voice of fixed menus to chose from too.

Visited for a meal with my wife. We were after something quite special but the food was just okay and the restaurant's atmosphere is cold and drab. We won't be back.

Mains were ok but the shredded chicken has hardly any chicken in it just lots of batter. Had to pay £2 for a bowl of prawn crackers which was expensive... More

went for a set menu meal it was certainly different from normal chinese. Starters were good but not much to share around. Maincourses were ok but one or two were too salty. No cutlery was offered i would have thought each main course would have something too serve it with. Service was good but drinks were expensive large beer 6.20.... More

Found this Chinese restaurant near where we were staying in Newcastle city centre and were very impressed. There were different types of dishes on the menu because the chef came from the north of China and normally Chinese restaurants just serve Cantonese or Peking food. However, there were still plenty of familiar dishes if that is what you want. We... More
