Staffs treat me nicely, every dish has been informed with the allergy, I went there alone , but I didn't feel that lonely while I'm having my meal , the service is really nice! The dishes are delicious and worth to try !!!

Excellent and authentic regionally focussed dishes. Sichuan dishes were suitably pungent and spicy. Try the whole braised aubergine even if it's just for the look of the dish!

Came with friends on Saturday. Food tasted exactly same as that in China. Strongly recommend everyone to come. Definitely will come again!

Great original Chinese food. We had a banquet and got to say this gives you a little taste of most things. Don't understand how anyone could complain about the staff as they were nicely attentive and very helpful. Nice ambience and although a little dark not at all over dark. The manager took the time to chat to us at... More

My family and I were fancying a bit of Chinese food last weekend but didn't know which place to dine out. My friends and colleagues both recommended heihei to me and agreed it's the best Chinese restaurant in town with no doubt!! We had a warm welcome from all the smiley faces once we stepped in and were taken to... More

I'd forgotten how good real Chinese food was until we went here, I highly recommend it. We chose individual dishes because only one of our party was vegetarian but the set menus looked good. I had a main course rated at 2 chillies and it was quite hot. There are both Chinese and English language menus.

We dined here last night as a last minute night out and were thoroughly impressed. My partner and I went for the £18 set menu which I have to say was excellent value for money. The starter was a mixed platter of ribs, spring rolls and other Chinese starters which were all very tasty. For the mains, I had the... More

We were greeted with bad attitude, slow service and less portions than other Chinese restaurants. We ordered our banquet which eventually came after 20 minutes with all our starters and main courses together so the main course will be cold after you finished the starter. Definitely avoid this restaurant and would not recommend to anyone.

We selected HeiHei based on other reviews and were not disappointed. The menu is varied and every dish we selected was really excellent in tast and presentation. The portion sizes are generous and the depth of flavours are fabulous. A starter each, a share of a quater crispy duck and a main selection each accompanied by noodles was all we... More
