My family sat down and were immediately told to leave. We had a baby and were told, that we 'had to eat or leave'. The ironic thing is, we may have actually ate there - we were still contemplating - but, when faced with this rude member of staff, it decided the issue. No, we are not eating, and actually... More

We have been here to eat on a number of occasions and it always been really good however on our last visit the food was terrible. I ordered a cauliflower tart which ive had before and you could tell it had been over microwaved!! Its was soggy and horrible, we may have understood if the bar was busy but it... More

I said never again after last time but I missed the bus again and had 30 mins to spare. Staff were so much friendlier this time, drinks good and a reasonable price. I am still disappointed that I didn't get a reply from last time as I emailed the company regarding the shocking service last time, they don't seem to... More

Food was dreadful and had a rancid taste. Will never go there again. Asked for sauces other than tomato ketchup but was told that is all they have. Pub is now part of John Barras chain so hopefully Area Management will sort out issues as there have been so many complaints. It is a shame as the pub used to... More

So poor it was almost comical! Called in with three business associates but left without eating. We asked to speak to the manager but his "couldn't care" attitude didn't even attempt to resolve the issues - being given an email address to send our complaint was pathetic! As a customer I was disgusted and it was a simple decision to... More

I'll second the poor customer service. I was completely ignored at the bar while the bar person tried to serve every male customer that had joined the end of the cue behind me. I've emailed the company and had no reply so they obviously train their staff to be sexist. Won't be returning to this place again in a hurry.

Food served from a microwave ... forget it! Looks the business when you walk into the place, but just turns out to be like most others.
