We heard the breakfast was fab at quay ingredient so we tracked across town to find this talked about place. Great service and food. Especially scrambled eggs with truffle oil and brioche. Coffee was also very nice.

My wife and I have always wanted to try here but found it difficult to allocate with my son's pram as it is on the small side and up a few stairs on entrance to the building. But after a late night out, we thought this was the perfect spot for brunch with no restrictions. On arrival, the gentleman who... More

We visited here for breakfast one sunday morning and we were not disappointed. I had the cinnamon pancakes which were divine and my guest opted for the eggs benedict which she claimed were the best she ever tasted. Only a small place but well worth the wait. Staff were friendly and attentative and we can't wait to go back. I'm... More

Simon and his team continue with great food, bustling atmosphere. Great menu and not your normal run of the mill sarnies here, although if you want something plain and simple, you only have to ask - as I often do !

We visited Quay Ingrediant on our final day in Newcastle for breakfast before heading home. It was pretty busy as there are only around 8 tables, we were quickly seated and served and before we knew it we had our drinks. When our food arrived (i had the full english and my wife had eggs benedict) it was quite simply... More

Been twice now. For the eggs Benedict and a full English. It's difficult to get a table depending on the time of the day as it's rather small but it's worth the wait. Friendly staff, prices aren't dissimilar to a chain pub but the quality is leagues apart. Absolutely delicious. Go for a 'bulletproof' coffee too if you really wanna... More

Can't comment on out else if I'm honest as I come here when I pass by on a morning for a full English and it's really really tasty. Best Breaky in toon and the servers are canny, they always make you feel at home and ease and the coffee is lush

I have had a few extremely yummy breakfasts and lunches at the Quay ingrediant. The service is outstanding and so friendly. I could tell that the lady who served us is so dedicated and passionate and proud of her establishment and so she should be! I cannot fault any of the food I have tasted, from salads to breakfasts of... More

Decided to visit after seeing the amazing reviews on Tripadvisor. I wasn't let down! They served good quality honest food. I gave a 4 and not a 5 was because I felt very cramped and the service was a little slow.

We went here for our anniversary breakfast after seeing rave reviews on trip advisor. We were greeted with a very friendly face and our server was welcoming and talkative. We placed our order after much deliberation - breakfast menu is served all day on the weekend as well as a great selection of sandwiches, mains and cake! I chose the... More
